First time seeing Dr.Bloom but I have seen several others at the practice between the years since my entire family comes here. team are amazing. Her assistant Jocelyn was nice too! Everyone said hello, goodbye and wished me a good day. Was in and out under 1 hr. That’s the kind of office I want to continue going to… I understand about the $35 administration fee but hey, it’s reasonable. Other places charge more!!

Dermatology Partners is an extremely well run medical practice. Everyone one I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Certainly makes one more at ease when going through a MOHS procedure. I have had other experiences there and it’s always the same. First time with Dr Godinez and she was absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner and sincere in how she updates her patients. I pray people don’t have to have this type of surgery, but if you do, this is the place to go.

We visited Dr. Bloom to treat my son's severe acne, and she suggested the Accutane program (Isotretinoin). After taking Isotretinoin for about 6 months, my son's acne was very well controlled, and it seems like the treatment worked. However, about a month ago, he got a huge acne-like 'tumor' which is called 'pyogenic granuloma.' Dr. Bloom asked us to visit her office to treat it. It was the 2nd time he got this large-sized tumor, and she did a steroid injection. The previous 2 tumor was almost gone after having a steroid injection, but this time it was not just filled with liquid. Dr. Bloom did the surgical treatment with her assistant (Jocelyn), and my son's painful time ended up fairly quickly. After discussing with his mom and my son, we decided to stop the Accutane program as visible side effects came up. I called Jocelyn to report his status and asked deliver our decision to Dr. Bloom, and she said she will do that and call me back. It's been 5 days, and no one cares about the current situation. There might be some situation, but our family can't accept this unprofessional manner toward the patient. DO NOT TAKE ACCUTANE PROGRAM IN THIS FACILITY.

I have been a patient many times over the past 20 years. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. as pleasant as they can make it. Very open communication!! I'd rate them 5 star plus.

This office is very well run; professional and friendly in every aspect. They clearly have a very strong interest in making patiens feel welcome and well cared for. It's a shame all businesses are not like this.

Great experience with Dr. Victoria Godinez and her caring nurses and assistants this week for a MOHS procedure on my forearm. Everything was explained clearly with fantastic communication before, during, and after the procedure including a personal phone call after hours from Dr. Godinez herself.

I saw Sarah, the nurse practitioner and she is wonderful. My only complaint with the practice is that they require a 35$ fee per year for administrative purposes and they require that you leave a credit card on file. I am concerned that they can be hacked and then my credit card is vulnerable.
