I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kandel as I’ve been her patient for so many years. She always does an excellent job taking care of me and truly goes above and beyond. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but she also has a great personality that makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Elena Kandel, for a few years, and I couldn't be more impressed with her care. An exceptional dermatologist. Her professionalism, kindness, and experience make her a standout in her field. I highly recommend her.

I recently visited Dr. Kandel's office for a procedure, and I'm very surprised to see negative reviews because she had wonderful bedside manner, she explained the procedure in detail and she made sure it was as painless and efficient as possible. I did have some apprehension, just based on the fact that I have this vasovagal response to blood and needles and sometimes can feel faint with these sorts of procedures, but she absolutely took that into consideration and proceeded accordingly so that I really did not have a negative experience and did not feel faint whatsoever. So I really can't recommend her enough and I think she is a great clinician!

I'm surprised reading these reviews. I was recommended by my health care primary doctor to remove some moles, have some skin spots checked and skin buildup on my one of my ears. Elena was professional, experienced, kind and performed effeciently and respectfully. I enjoyed my visit and was left to feel confident and well pleased with her services and care. I would recommend her highly, and look forward, should I need to return in the future. Cj

I LOVE Dr. Kandel, however I can't give this office 5 stars because her staff members are extremely unpleasant and RUDE. One woman in particular named Mary Lou is extremely condescending and very unprofessional. One time, my friend was asking me about a dermatologist so I recommended Dr. Kandel because she's helped me a lot. Mary Lou was such a nightmare to my friend she never even proceeded to go to the appointment.

I went to Dr. Kandel, to have my spider veins treated. I ended up with a large, round scar on the back of my calf. When I went back, she told me to use a silicone patch. She should not be practicing. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Don't have a problem with the doctor per say. But the office staff is another story. Don't bother leaving a voicemail! Because you'll never get a response. Why you may ask? Because they don't listen to them at all. Staff as even said as much! Been trying to get my medical records from this office for MONTHS! And still nothing. Supposedly they've faxed them twice. But my new doctors have no record of them. I personally find that extremely odd..
