I had a wonderful experience with Nason. They were extremely informative throughout the entire process and made everything easy to understand. The environment was warm, welcoming, and very hospitable, which made such a stressful immigration process feel much more comfortable. I truly appreciated their friendliness and professionalism ,highly recommend!

Went in , half bent over with intense sciatica pain. *Note when you enter a care center like this and are met with kind reception, you can bet you'll have a good doctor behind it all. From start to finish the staff were all so kind and nice- no cranky, bossy, non-caring attitudes- just flawless friendly efficient care....and Dr. Nason? He is bright, kind and even a little humorous...Good experience. They all took great care of me. I am grateful. Thank you Dr. Nason, and thank your awesome staff...(oh and the popcorn too 🙂

II have been a patient of Dr Nason for a year now and I found a home here. Dr Nason is though, professional and pays close attention to detail. The atmosphere in this office is extremely pleasant and efficient…Everyone is smiling and eager to take care of you. They also have a medical Spa to work with me on weight loss to shed some extra pounds and so far the injections and the attention to detail has been successful and motivates you to stay with it. I had an outstanding experience at Nason Care Medical Center. Dr. Nason quickly diagnosed the shoulder, neck, and arm issues I’d been dealing with and put me on the right path to feeling better. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole visit was fast, smooth, and efficient, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning to Nason Care for any medical concerns that arise in the future. Highly recommend!

I have been a primary care patient at this location for over 2 years and my experiences and treatment here have almost all been very subpar. I have requested they change my pharmacy TWICE. I did all the paperwork for it. Instead I get two call backs telling me that my pharmacy is already Walgreens (so they didn’t even bother to read the message request I sent them properly TWICE… truly scary coming from a doctors office). I finally get a hold of the nurse (who never once provided her name so I couldn’t ask for her) and told her I wanted a pharmacy change. Only to be treated like I’m really putting them out for doing their, well, basic job. Telling me they’re not sure if they can do it (I gave them the online pharmacy’s doctor instructions and everything). Been over a week since then. I’ve heard absolutely nothing. The pharmacy I want to switch to has heard absolutely nothing. Every single time I have my prescriptions refilled there’s an issue between them and the pharmacy. Pharmacy claims I have no refills because they suck (like I said I’ve been basically begging these people to change my pharmacy with absolutely no action taken). I have to call this doctor’s office every single time there’s a refill issue and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am talked down to like I’m drug-seeking for asking for my depression meds, which by the way, if you’re an actual doctor you know that you’re not exactly supposed to just stop taking those, and they’re not even narcotics. I’m frequently informed by their team how much medication I have "on me", which is funny because I don’t remember Nason’s team looking in my medicine cabinet at home. While I’m sitting here in very real danger of running out of my medication. But no, just easier to treat everyone like a drug addict right than actually be bothered to call the pharmacy and fix the simple mistake right? Words do not express how frustrating and insulting this treatment is when the mistake is between them and the pharmacy. I am not responsible for your miscommunication issues. I do not recommend NasonCare under ANY circumstances, especially for primary care. Their staff is rude, lazy, and have absolutely no accountability for their frequent mistakes. I had previously left a bad review of this place and was called and asked to take it down because they supposedly "cleaned house" and they were sorry for my poor treatment. They have not, I am still having the same exact issues I’ve been having since day one. Please for the love of god give your staff customer care/sensitivity training. I will be requesting my medical records and changing my pcp. Nasoncare has had more than enough chances from me and I’m genuinely so tired of dealing with the frustration and insulting behavior from them to the point where I’m honestly considering just stopping my medication until I find a new doctor because this has been an absolute nightmare and I just genuinely feel defeated with the whole office. It’s like talking to a brick wall. No one listens.
