Cho, Yoon J, D.O.

Dr. Cho is the worst. I have been dealing with mental health issues and she made it so much worse. She has no empathy and gives her personal opinion on my life instead of focusing on how she can help medically. Her and her staff would also talk bad about other patients in front of me and she would always express how she doesn't like her job and how her patients make her annoyed. She caused me to have a panic attack after she gave her opinion about my life and my actions when I was trying to get medical help. Please avoid her!

Dr. Cho has been my doctor since December 2021. Seeing Dr. Cho is like visiting a very close, personal friend. She takes an active interest in my health and never finds fault but gives me advice that I can actually use to improve my health. She has helped me lose 50 pounds and reduce my A1c.

Dr. Cho has taken care of my entire family for over a decade now. She knows what she is doing and has no problem being direct but it is out of a genuine interest in keeping us all healthy and happy. She cares about her patients, looks at the whole picture, and has been someone my family has consistently been able to count on for all of our medical treatments/evaluations. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Cho is by far the worst doctor i've ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not go to this doctor if you want your health in good hands. She knows nothing about being an actual doctor and frankly needs to go back to med school. I went to Dr.Cho for thyroid issues that i've been dealing with for almost a year now, she sent me to do a biopsy which I had to figure out for myself because she didn't even send me to a place that took my insurance. Her receptionist said that Dr.Cho wanted to see me urgently because of the seriousness of my results. I went to the office and Dr.Cho said she did not even have my results!! I then proceeded to tell her to call Adventist because they told me she had them but she kept denying that they were not ready. Adventist said they had been ready for weeks! She not only wasted my time but scared me about the seriousness of my results!! Overall this is the worst doctor out there and I wish I could give her 0 stars.

If I could give a zero star I would. Dr. Cho has been less than professional and courteous with me and my mother who I reach out to Dr. Cho to on her behalf. She is uncooperative, very passive aggressive for no reason and has no compassion whatsoever for her patients. Her office also never seems to pick up any of their phone calls and as a result has given me a lot of headache at my place of work because I have to decide to leave everything i'm doing and drive to her office to talk to her in person regarding some simple questions that could've been answered over the phone. (9 am - 5 pm) and yet nobody ever picks up at any time of the day, probably because she fired all her help. I am quite frustrated and have now considered changing my primary care physician due to the overall lack of care i've received.

The best medical experience I have ever had. Dr Cho is compassionate and is sincere in the care she provides to her patients. She is thorough and does not rush through appointments with the usual hi and here is your prescription that we so often see today. THis practice defines what a Family Medicine setting should be, catered to the needs of the whole person and the environment they live. My hat goes off to Dr. Cho and her staff who are always courteous and friendly.

I concur with the writer who said it was a great experience. Dr. Cho is brilliant, and she is diligent about my family's health care. In addition, if she can not fix the problem, she has made some excellent referals. Her staff knows what to do and throughly checks you in to the office. They also know about insurance. You could not ask for better care and treatment as far as I am concerned. Dr. Cho spends quality time with each of my twins and myself upon our visits. I highly recommend Dr. Yoon Cho.
