I had lip filler done here yesterday and there is essentially no visible difference. This is not my first time receiving lip filler. I understand the difference between normal swelling/bruising and actual volume. In this case, there was no added volume at all. I even showed before-and-after photos, and the esthetician could clearly see there was no change. I returned the next day because I have a flight to France tomorrow and a scheduled photoshoot. I explained this clearly and was hoping for some level of flexibility, guidance, or even a constructive conversation. Instead, I was repeatedly told there was "nothing that could be done" due to policy. There was no meaningful explanation, no attempt to explore options, and no effort to work with me given the circumstances. I understand safety protocols. What I did not expect was the lack of care, accountability, and customer-centered approach when the result was objectively unchanged. Aesthetic medicine requires both technical skill and patient care. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both.

I met with Janet in November to get cheek filler after my last touch up at a different med spa in January. She was completely honest with me and told me I should wait to get another syringe. I was extremely grateful for her transparency and I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sell me on filler anyways or to get a different procedure while I was there. I knew I wanted to rebook with her when I was due for my next syringe based off my experience. At my appointment for cheek filler a few months later, Janet gave me her full attention and listened to my concerns and my goals for the look I wanted to achieve. I was really nervous to get filler again because trying any new place can sometimes be a risk. Janet’s cool, calm, and collected energy helped me to ease my nerves and relax. I’m beyond happy with the results I received and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I will absolutely be rebooking with Janet for my future appointments! thank you again! ❣️

This place is horrible honestly, Janet popped a blood vessel in my lip after mentioning how she wasn’t happy with their prices saying other places charge $700, I was so scared of what was going to happen to my lip, then they " offer a free facial and lip filler" they sent me a email to confirm like I would ever go back there lmao, but the email was fake. God bless these people! There’s better places to go than here, but if you’re looking for cheap deals and want to risk your face or life then this is the place for you!!

Florela was great during my consultation - the whole process was quick and easy! I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. Sarah, the injector, was absolutely amazing she was so personable, sweet, and talented. She made the entire experience super comfortable and enjoyable. The salon itself is super clean and beautiful, and I love how they always send texts with promotions and updates. I can’t wait to return to Sarah for my next lip filler appointment she’s definitely gained a loyal client with her kindness and skill!

I have been coming to this spa for years and I love it. All locations are wonderful From check in to check out I’ve always had a great experience with all staff members they are so nice! My injector is Shivani and she is the absolute best! She has been doing my lip filler for years and I will continue to follow her wherever she goes 😊. She listens to what you want her attention to detail is so good that the results always come out beautifully! Prices are great too compared to Long Island!! I would love if they opened a location on Long Island that would be amazing 🤩!

shivani is amazing! i went to upkeep upper east side for lip filler and shivani did such a great job. she really listened to what i wanted and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. my lips look so natural and even, exactly how i pictured. the place itself is so cute and clean too. i’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments 💗

I've generally had great experiences with this place and have been a loyal client for quite some time. I usually visit the Greenwich location and see Naz, who I absolutely love for Botox and filler — she's knowledgeable and always delivers excellent results. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Upper East Side location didn't go as expected. I was misinformed about the type of IPL laser they use, and the overall experience felt rushed. The provider didn't seem very knowledgeable about IPL, which was disappointing. I've had IPL before specifically for red spots, and it was highly effective after just one treatment. This time, I clearly expressed that I only wanted to treat the spots, but the provider insisted on treating my full face, even though I was uncomfortable with that. In the end, it felt like a waste of $200, as the red spots are still fully visible and the treatment had no noticeable effect. To add to that, there was a male presence in the space who gave me dirty looks, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It definitely affected the overall vibe of the visit. On a positive note, the front desk staff — especially the young woman working during my appointment - was very sweet and understanding, which I appreciated. (This review was deleted- not sure why)
