I had a great experience at my appointment today. The visit was quick and efficient but very informative, and the dermatologist was extremely kind and professional. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Easy to get to, right off St Charles. It’s nice to see someone who easily understands your concerns. I’m hopeful to see improvement with the recommendations she provided. Highly recommend!

Dr. Payne was absolutely amazing, and her entire staff is incredible. I came in on fairly short notice, and I was seen early for my appointment. Dr. Payne is also not going to recommend unnecessary procedures or something that will make you look bad. Highly, highly recommended.

I was in need of an urgent dermatology appointment after an irritation on my face did not respond to over the counter treatment. Dr Payne squeezed me into her schedule the next day and gave me the care, prescriptions, and support I needed. Her bedside manner is OUTSTANDING! Her office is beautiful and her support staff is professional and welcoming. Most of my friends and loved ones routinely traveled from New Orleans to Baton Rouge to see the one Black dermatologist there. I am SO THANKFUL that we now have one here in New Orleans. My elderly neighbor sees her for her skincare needs as well. We both rate Dr Payne 100 out of 100! 🙌🏽💕

Dr. Lauren Payne, assistants, and staff are awesome! I had several scalp cysts I wanted removed for a very long time. And Flourish Dermatology and Aesthetics seemed to have good reviews. So I called and made the appointment. Their office on St. Charles has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was super friendly. After meeting Dr. Payne, I felt very confident in her professionalism. The procedure was smooth and pain-free. The cost of the procedure was reasonable, and actually less than I was anticipating. Thanks again to Dr. Payne and staff for all you do. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone else looking for dermatology needs.

Dr. Payne is the best derm I have ever had! She is a gem in the city as the only black dermatologist and its so nice having someone who has skin like me treating my skin problems! I have gotten lasers, VI Peels, and will be getting microneedling next. My mom and husband see her too. We love her beautiful practice and being her patients. Highly recommend!

Friendly office, amazing staff, great doctor; would recommend to anyone! Following up a few weeks after my visit -- the treatment was spot on and my scars are fading fast. What I loved about Dr. Payne was that she was honest and didn't try to enlist me in unnecessary services for extra $$ -- Will definitely be coming back to her office again and would recommend her to anyone
