Audubon Dermatology

My experience with Audubon Dermatology has been wonderful. Dr. Jackson is very thorough and found a melanoma on my arm six months ago. She has seen me twice since to be sure nothing else is amiss. I showed up today thinking I had an appointment, which I had changed, but they were kind enough to fit me in anyway. Even with that being said, I did not have to wait too long, and my checkup was very thorough and I had time to ask questions afterwards. They are highly professional and, I feel, very thorough. I transferred from my previous doctor because her wait time varied from one hour to two! Consistently! This office runs like a top. Very considerate of their patients.

I had an excellent experience with S. Roberson NP/Dr. Jackson my dermatologist. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable, well cared for, and confident in the treatment plan. I truly appreciate the quality of care and service provided—highly recommend!

I was pleased with signing in with Audubon and the staff was welcoming and efficient. I am a new patient with them and the purpose of my visit was an annual body scan to spot any issues that might be a dangerous mole or anything else suspicious- all was well. I will go back later for an IPL laser treatment, and I got a prescription tor a gel for my rosacea. Everyone was welcoming and I felt well taken care of.

Audubon and Dr. Hooper are THE best!! They are always super thorough, personable, yet efficient. Very respectful of your time and concerns. I cannot recommend them enough. We've been seeing Dr. Hooper for several years now and she came highly recommended before that. We love Audubon!

Best dermatologist and PA in the city! Dr Sarah Jackson and Sarah The PA. Both incredible listeners, very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Staff is super nice too. I’ve gone here for years and have always received excellent care.

I went for a routine skin check. Front desk confirmed my insurance ahead of the appointment but failed to call out that they were no longer in network. They did not provide me with a good faith estimate. After multiple emails and appeals, I was told this was my responsibility, but they would discount my rate to the "cash pay" rate. I then received notice of the full balance, without the cash pay discount. Had to forward emails to their new billing department to get this "courtesy" discount -- as when they attempted to clarify the bill -- they were told to bill me in full. You would think they would at least give the courtesy of billing at the insurance reimbursement rate, which I thought was part of the No Suprises Act. Had I been properly notified that they were no longer in my network, I would have NEVER proceeded with the visit that day.

I have been treating with Dr. Hooper for over 15 years. I am a fair skinned redhead, and she always takes such good care of me. I suffer from rosacea which she has helped me almost completely clear up. As well as a few mole biopsies. She always answers any questions I may have and her support staff is also wonderful! I highly recommend Audubon Dermatology
