Yale Medicine Dermatology

The receptionists, Dr. Eisenstein, and nurses at this office were all very friendly. My visit was right on time, thorough and comfortable. The office itself is pleasant and clean. I felt well taken care of by the staff. The only unpleasant part of my visit was trying to get the appointment. Despite having a referral it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with Liz, the patient coordinator. I called several times over a few weeks at various times during her stated hours before finally getting a hold of her to schedule. When we finally spoke her manner made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. I hope the office revisits the scheduling staff/process.

Went in for an appointment because I was losing my hair. The doctor made fun of me and said I just needed to thicken it with minoxidil instead of prescribing me finasteride. Lost my hair for another two years before he reluctantly prescribed me what I wanted in the first place.

Looking to get an appt here! lol I'd reconsider HIGHLY! You call with skin problems and they book you out over a year away!!!! And you can't get in sooner without an urgent referral that your PCP may or may not send for you lol. If you have any skin problems I'd suggest finding a place that doesn't over book themselves and refuses to help people (which is literally their job!!) horrible place, horrible in every way. I feel bad for people like me that have serious medical problems with their skin and contact Yale derm hoping for help. It's disgusting. They should leave slots open for patients that truly really need the medical help. But instead they over book themselves and expect you to way OVER 12 months for an appt when the problem will just get worse. lol this place is a complete and utter joke! But they're happy to refer you to other derm places who may or may not be able to help! lol what a joke!!!!!

Lovely atmosphere in this office! We were referred by our doctor and were surprised at how quickly the appointment was scheduled. I called with some general questions and the person on the phone was patient and pleasant. Our appointment lasted about half an hour and every issue was addressed professionally. Wonderful people, they truly are. As far as doctor visits go, this was a great one.

I have a burn on my face. I was given some cream. Told to see how it goes for a few weeks. No improvement. 2.5 months now. Well, got a burn on my face for life. Great.

It's hard to find an expert in my condition so I was excited to find Dr Little's information online. my PCP sent in a referral and I called to make an appointment. No one was available. I ended up having to call several times to finally get a person who told me that she was no longer accepting new patients. of course that information was not provided online. This was probably 8 to 10 months ago. Today I received a letter in the mail saying that my personal information has been part of a data breach from Yale medicine. Thanks for nothing!

Dr Antaya and staff are amazing!! They take the time needed to properly and carefully treat each of their patients. They look at the whole picture and give a thorough diagnosis.This practice is the only one you will ever need to go to. My children and I have been participating with this practice for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. I have referred many people to see Dr Antaya specifically for pediatric dermatology and they all say the same thing " He is simply the best!!" We have transitioned from pediatric to adult dermatology and have had the same great quality of treatment!! Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, Front Office and Staff, that go above and beyond everyday!!
