Dr. Mark Goldstein, MD

Really great Derm! Dr. Goldstein is great and explained everything. He set me up with a medication plan and asked me what my goals were so he can help achieve it. This is the first dermatologist I've ever had since I was16 (I'm 35 now) that actually took time with me to explain every step I needed to with meds, he is very down to earth, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is also really friendly (particularly the front desk lady) and at the end of your appt you get a choose as many tiny sample sized products as you want. Might be a silly, but if you are a girl you know cute little samples do make us super happy.

I have been going to Dr. Goldstein for over twenty years. I recommend him highly to anyone seeking the help of a dermatologist. Dr. Goldstein is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and has always erred on the side of caution when treating you. His follow up regarding procedures is impeccable. I gave him five stars because he has earned that level of a seal of excellence. You will not be disappointed if you schedule an appointment to address your concerns.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Goldstein. He was warm, kind, and thorough, and he took the time to help me with a problem on my face. I also want to give a special shout out to Sam at the front desk. She was truly one of the nicest, most welcoming people I've ever encountered in a medical office. I am so grateful that i found Dr. Goldstein. i was referred by my primary after years of dealing with a skin condition that was overlooked by other dermatologists and told me it was nothing. Finally i got answers and treatment that was successful and gave me renewed confidence. On top of that, he has wonderful bedside manner and always makes me feel comfortable. His assistant Ansly is also incredibly sweet and accommodating. This is by far one of the most positive experiences ive had with a Dr as i never write reviews. I can’t recommend him enough!

I really wanted to like this doctor because the location is convenient for me and I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. I came in because I was concerned I had dermatitis. The doctor came in and spent about 5 minutes in the room before writing me a prescription and walking out of the room. I made a follow up appointment because I am still having issues with random bumps and breakouts, so I assumed I still had dermatitis. I tried explaining this to the doctor, and he continuously cut me off whenever I tried to speak. He told me "slow down, one thing at a time" but I was trying to express all of my concerns before he ran out of the room again. I just don’t understand why I wasn’t listened to. I was made to feel silly and I don’t appreciate that. I am strongly considering finding another dermatologist for my next appointment.

Dr. Goldstein , always maintains the utmost professionalism & provides expert care for the dermatological issues, that I’ve experienced over the years. He, & his staff, make the "doctor visit" a pleasant experience.

This review is for the front office staff, not the doctor. I called several times before my appointment to let them know I’d be about 20 minutes late, but no one answered. Had someone answered, I wouldn’t have made the drive. I live 40 minutes away and am a first-time mom, so I still came with my newborn in cold weather and arrived just 5 minutes past the 15-minute grace period. The office was EMPTY , yet the staff wouldn’t even ask if the doctor could still see me and communicated in a passive-aggressive, unprofessional way. Disappointing lack of compassion. I won’t be returning.bye Karennnn
