From the moment I walked into Element Medical Aesthetics, I was welcomed by Ashley and Kailey’s warm, friendly personalities, which instantly put me at ease and made the entire experience feel calm and comfortable. Over the past year, I’ve lost 100 pounds with the help of a GLP-1 medication — an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of. While I feel so much better in my body, the weight loss changed my face in ways I wasn’t expecting, especially with facial fat loss making my smile lines more prominent. Before booking, I researched multiple medical spas because I wanted someone who truly understood this specific concern. What ultimately confirmed my decision was a post by Ashley referencing a study on facial fat loss in people using GLP-1s. Element — and Ashley — were the only ones addressing this issue directly, and for the first time, I felt truly seen before even stepping inside. From the start, Ashley was attentive, kind, and genuinely engaged. She asked thoughtful questions, reassured me, and was refreshingly honest and straightforward. That meant everything to me, especially after years at another med spa where I often left feeling unheard and uninvolved in my own treatment decisions. After listening to my concerns, Ashley created an initial game plan and walked me through three recommendations, clearly explaining the science and reasoning behind each one. She was knowledgeable, well-spoken, and realistic, and I felt educated, empowered, and completely comfortable moving forward — so much so that I decided to start treatment that same day. It is rare to find people who truly love what they do and are genuinely great at it. Ashley is one of them. She made me feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way. I already have my second appointment scheduled and a plan to re-evaluate in a few months. I couldn’t be more excited to continue working with her.💛

This was my first visit to EMA and I had IPL with Ashley. I will definitely be returning. IPL is my favorite laser treatment but I'd explore other treatments there based on my experience. Not only is Merry, the founder, an exceptionally skilled skincare expert but she has surrounded herself with a truly talented team. My experience was beyond amazing! I've worked in the beauty industry (New York) for over 20 years and with all the treatments I've gotten, never have the procedures been more thoroughly explained to me. Merry and her team talked me through the microneedling, laser and gentle (natural) lip filler with such detail! Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable & personable. It has the perfect balance of being upscale where everyone feels like a VIP yet warm and welcoming! I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back again:)

Love everything about Element! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley did my treatment today —she was professional, smart, and made sure I was completely comfortable during my laser treatment (which can cause slight discomfort) on my décolletage and hands to remove spots. She also explained the aftercare in depth to ensure I get the maximum benefit from the treatment.

Merry is the best! I’ve been getting lip filler for 20 years and she gave me the most plump juicy result I’ve ever seen! She is so gorgeous. So sweet, so SMART and well versed and truly takes the the time to explain what would look good on your face. 1000/10!!!
