Skin Unlimited: Dr. Liliana Saap

Dr Saap's office staff is the most incompetent, rude, unorganized group of people. I would highly suggest a better doctor. IT says alot about doctor Saap that she would run her business this terribly and hire completely uneducated rude people to represent her & Her business. The outside of this office looks like it's under construction and not even open as well. They are very unhelpful and have an attitude towards there clients. The absolute worst experience not once but twice with these uneducated apps. If I could give a negative 100 rating I would.

Dr Saap and her staff have a bad habit of telling you one thing and doing another. They left my 81 year old father who has dementia sit there for hours with an open wound after informing us that the procedure was complete and he only needed to be sown up. After a couple hours I started complaining and that led the staff to lie to us more than once telling us we were next while completely by emptying the office of other patients. This is not the first time they have done so poorly with their running of an office. This is the first time that they became belligerent and spiteful during the process and left my father unattended for hours.

Been a every six month patient since she opened in NB and nothing but the best and professional care. Also, instead of saying No, staff member worked for 30 minutes to get my Prescription through someone they rarely use. Great job. Also, she is fantastic surgeon

Hello and Goodmorning!! I am not a patient of Hera but a very good friend and her driver. She would rather have me drive her to work so she can get work done on the computer for the office because it’s the only time she has to herself. She is a woman’s of God and a family woman. She is very intelligent and trustworthy. Not only am I her driver but we have became great friends. I would trust my life with her and plus she’s good to my small son which she is considered her Tia which means aunt in Spanish!!!

DR Saap is considerate and explains everything during your appointment. I feel comfortable during my visit and highly recommend her services. Everyone in her office is cheerful and make you feel at home.
