The front office secretary laughed at me over the phone and is very unprofessional! I needed to reschedule an appointment bc I was going to be late due to traffic, she asked if I had completed my new patient paperwork. I told her that I had not and usually do not complete that before my appointment. She laughed and told me that I needed to do it, it was not a choice. I told her that I usually fill this information out when I come in for appointments and never do this early. She was rude the first time I scheduled the appointment, as well. I am an army veteran and a person, I will not be treated with disrespect like I received from this office. This office will not receive my business due to the rude staffing!

This place is a joke! I asked for extractions and explain the pain I’m having and how long I’ve lived with this and was stated that he didn’t want to. But my 70 year-old father goes here pretty frequently and they’ll cut anything out of him with no problem. Pretty sure they just want their co-pay money and to charge insurance and put you on medication that I’ve stated Does not work for me it’s a whole circus. I will not ever return. I appreciate you wasting my time and hell with your co pay go find someone else to scam it out of.

Dr Anderson is a great doctor. He tells me like it is and I really appreciate it. Being light red hair with fair skin I have have issues with old sun damage coming back an he and his staff always do a great job. Have friends and other family members that see him as well and they all think he is the best dermatologist in New Braunfels.

I had a great experience here, everyone one was friendly and I felt like my concerns were listed to.

Great Doctor! Very very knowledgeable. My family have used him now for two family generations.

Best dermatologist I have ever seen. Really knows his stuff, very good doctor. 10 outta 10 in my book!!

I just called to make an appointment and was told the next available appointment is January of 2024!!! Whaaaat?
