Heights Dermatology

TOTAL SCAM. Waited half an hour after our appointment time to be seen, took another 15 minutes to see the dermatologist. I had gone in for multiple things, and they tried to say we needed separate appointments for separate issues. The dermatologist, Brianna, was very dismissive. They prescribed something to the wrong person and then got snippy when I called about it. Told them I wouldn't be scheduling a follow up, but I was charged $50 anyways because apparently I signed up for two appointments (which I did not).

Excellent reviews for a reason. Because this office is great. Briana is super thorough, Eric treated me with SRT radiation for skin cancer and he’s super punctual and detail oriented keeping things running smoothly, not to mention he was awesome to help me work the insurance situation out and the ladies at the front desk are 👌👌 on top of it. Very awesome 👏👏👏 I have referred people to this office and will continue to go here. Thank you guys for being fantastic!

The appointment or call service you use is terrible. After being on hold for 5 minutes to make an appointment and talking to someone in India. I decided to go somewhere else.

The doctors are amazing, however the rest of the staff is an absolute nightmare. Won't answer calls, OR return messages left with the answering service. Locked doors before they are actually closed (literally have to drive to get questions answered or to get lab orders in hand since they dont send them over to the lab like they say they will) This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!

This facility is truly great. Everyone I had contact with were kind, professional and seemed to enjoy their job. I was greeted with smiles and everyone acted like I'd been going there forever. Brianna Kay is great. She takes her time to explain everything and answers all your questions. This was one of the better experiences I've encountered with a medical office. If you have a choice, make Heights Dermatology yours.

After dealing with a recurring cyst for a few years, I finally made the decision to have it dealt with by a professional. After an unsuccessful attempt to treat it at a local med clinic, a former employer of mine recommended Brianna at Heights Derm. Brianna and Angela were the best. They listened to my concerns, were very professional, provided treatment in the office, and created a plan of future action, if needed. My experience at Heights was a close to a pleasure as possible.

Brianna is an amazing provider. She has helped me through multiple episodes of care and I have been more than satisfied with her willingness to listen and really care for me. This last visit was for a surgical procedure and it’s healing wonderfully. The clinic always has you in and out, they are very friendly, and for a cash patient they always provide fair pricing. I will continue to visit and recommend them!
