I would give no stars but that isnt an option. Not only do they not stick to their appointment times there just never seems to be any urgency or genuine concern for patients. Even having a 7 am appt. Being Dr. Knoll's first patient of the day some they are 20 mins behind but we are still sitting in the lobby at 755 still waiting. My grandfather cannot speak due to a stroke but is always rushed and dismissed when he does they to communicate with them. He also had an appt for not being able to coid his bladder with his cath. They made the appt for 11 but when he arrived was told the appt was scheduled wrong and he had to wait till 2 pm. I could go on and on. Def do not recommend

The young lady who sat at the receptionist desk was extremely kind, considerate of me and respectful... The young lady that took my blood was very knowledgeable and also considerate of me... Thank you, ladies, for doing a great job.... I am scheduled to see Dr. Wendland on my next visit when he will go over the psa blood results with me... Thank you... George Allin

It is hard enough to go to a urologist let alone be embarrassed to talk and be present as much as I have to, because just my bladder sucks and i have to be able to live my life.. so when I go to see them...I am treated with respect and care. Tyreyounne went out of her way to show empathy and kindness and I busy wanted you to know I'm thankful. Right now we all need a little goodness.. so thank you Tyreyounne!!

This has always been a nice clean environment. Dr Whitfield & Cara are the best! Love the staff here too. It's never too long of a wait. Over all I would recommended this practice to anyone. I say this after being a patient here for many years.

Doctor Wendlund is cordial, professional, and patient. He is also willing to determine the least invasive way to treat. My nurse was polite and efficient. Admission staff was helpful. She had remembered helping me set up my appointment.

Dr. Jeff Whitfield at Urology Associates, along with his staff, are very competent, caring and thorough with their treatments, evaluations and surgeries. My husband has been a patient about 5 years with very good care. He has had 3-4 routine surgeries and is well monitored. I recommend Dr. Whitfield and his excellent nurse-practitioner to anyone in need of a good urological service. They are good about calling back as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitfield for more than twenty years. He has been a very important part of addressing my specific healthcare concerns. My father had both prostate and kidney cancer. Dr Whitfield helps me monitor labs and other important markers for my own health. I highly recommend him. He has always demonstrated concern for my well being.
