Tempo Wellness + Aesthetics

I just love the girls at Tempo! I have been going to Emily and Carolyn for years now and recommend them to my friends for all their skincare needs. They are so incredibly sweet, talented, warm and highly skilled with their work. They never rush the process and I’m always obsessed with my results. My favorite go to spot for all things aesthetics!

I absolutely love Tempo and all of the gals there. I have had Emily and Carolyn and they are both wonderful! They are both such warm and welcoming people and make their clients feel safe and comfortable. Their work is professional & amazing. Recently, Carolyn injected Botox for my migraines and some light forehead tox for fine lines. I have experienced so much pain relief with the temple Botox, and my forehead looks poreless. It was a perfect amount, not too much or too little. Thank you, Carolyn!!

Just got lip filler for the first time and wanted to share what a great experience it was. Carolyn was so great about answering any questions I had and making sure I got the best results possible. Could not recommend her more and can’t wait to go back. Thanks for the confidence boost Tempo 🙂

All of the girls at Tempo are soo amazing! You cant go wrong with booking any of them. Such a warm and welcoming environment thats always decorated super cute and festive. I have recommended Tempo to anyone that will listen. Special shout out to Carolyn, my veins are super hard to find and she has never made me bruise drawing my blood. She is the best injector by far that I have ever been to. Book your appointment at Tempo and you won't regret it!

Tempo wellness is truly the best in Nashville. Emily is the only person I will let touch my face, and I trust her with my life. She doesn't try to "over sell" you on things that you don't need, and is the best injector I have ever worked with. The whole team goes above and beyond to help you achieve your aesthetic goals, and they are so knowledgeable and caring. I couldn't recommend Tempo more and genuinely look forward to my monthly visits!

Emily and Carolyn are absolutely phenomenal!(all the girls are) Their depth of knowledge is truly impressive—they clearly know their stuff and explain everything with such clarity and patience. Whether you’re asking a simple question or diving into something complex, they make sure you feel informed and confident. On top of that, they’re incredibly sweet, approachable, and genuinely care about helping. You always leave a conversation with them feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Couldn’t ask for a better team 🤍

Amazing experience! I had filler and a lip flip to even out my lips and they’ve healed perfectly! Emily took the time with me to figure out my goals and her and Carolyn made the whole injection process really comfortable for me!
