I adore this crew. Dr Jacobson and her team are a delight. I guess I’m biased because not only has Dr. Jacobsen helped me on multiple occasions....but I laugh each time I’m with her. She takes her profession and her role seriously but always has a good time while she’s doing it. This entire group works hard and I highly recommend them—medical or cosmetic.

I have never actually been to this place but not for lack of trying. My wife scheduled an appointment with them back in October for today. She drove all the way to the office with our newborn daughter (we live 20 miles from the office). When she showed up, they had no record of her appointment. She had all the documentation to back it up and their excuse was that they fired some office staff and so her appointment may not have made it in the books. They squeezed her in for 11:45, no problem. She left to run errands and to nurse our daughter and came back at 11:45. She called the office to let them know she was pulling into the parking lot and they told her that her appointment was cancelled because the doctor had to go to lunch......they offered to let her come back at 12:30 which I don’t understand because if there was an opening, why could the doc just not go to lunch at 12:30. When she told them she wouldn’t be back and that they wasted her time, the office manager said "Okay bye!" And hung up. Seriously the worst customer service but I guess it makes sense for Green Hills full of snotty rude people.

I have been a customer for years. I just had a peel for $300.00 and it did NO THING. I had a flake or two. I usually do a VI Peel and great results but was told the more expensive peel would peel much deeper. I was told to come back for another peel. When I got there they were going to charge me again. I own a business and it one of my customers is not pleased I take care of it. There are soooo many facial clinics in town and even better prices. They did not loose just my facial & expensive injections business but also my son and husband!!! NOT AT ALL A WAY TO TREAT A GOOD CUSTOMER. AND I ALWAYS TIPPED VERY WELL!

Really enjoyed meeting Dr Jacobson. She was quick and to the point but I did not feel rushed. Helpful, knowledgeable and funny.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I have been seeing Dr. Jergenson for over 10 years. She and her staff take all the time you need when they are with you. If you need a dermatologist look no further than Skin MD they are the best in Nashville. I actually travel from several states away just to see her.

Overall great experience. She looked at spot on my skin, diagnosed it and took care of it in one visit. Highly recommend!

The nurse technician is amazing and carring . Dr Ellen took a time to hear all my concern and treated me with respect and kindness it's the best experience I ever had.
