HORRIBLE experience. never have I ever experienced something SO DIFFICULT. called to make an appt with them for a laser consultation, showed up for it only to be told they have no information of me in their system and that the woman that did laser was not even there that day so I left very frustrated the scheduler failed to know that. then got a call later that same day by another lady saying I missed my appointment yet they had all the information I gave them when I first came in, when I. told her someone told me the woman wasn't even there she told me that was not true. so poor communication between the whole staff. was promised help from multiple staff members to reschedule and figure out what happened to my appt info and then they would just turn me over to the next staff member who still had yet to help me. left messages and never got a call back so I called AGAIN and someone finally somewhat helped me and said they sent an urgent email over to the front desk and they never gave me a call back either. none of them seem to care. SO FRUSTRATED

One of the worst experiences of my life. My exam was a joke and could have taken place in the parking lot it was so impersonal. I went in for hormonal acne, got prescribed a antibiotic and a cream, had horrible reactions to both that my doctor did not tell me about. Called to get some answers during one of my reactions and they weren't open but didn't even have an on call nurse or ANYONE to take calls. They said in case of an emergency call 911, yeah I'm not calling 911 for a skin reaction... I told the doctor there I had made some changes to my diet that was starting to help my skin improve she basically said yeah but that probably won't last and you'll need this medicine.. I was hesitant going in there anyways and wish I never did. I quit using both products immediately and continued to make better changes in my diet and my skin has cleared up tremendously!!! If any woman is going here for hormonal acne I strongly recommend you do research and make changes in your diet first because that will help! You don't need these harsh creams to improve your skin. All it does it cover up the issue your having instead of attacking it head on. I understand people having more serious skin issues they need to address but I'm sure there are better places than this in Nashville. My doctor was cold and rude and didn't listen to anything I was telling her.

Honestly, I really dislike the doctors at this place. I’ve seen two over the span of 7-ish years; day and pardue. Pardue once asked me why people come to this country and take advantage of opportunities. (I’m not Caucasian)!!! Day is always rude and impatient, makes me feels like I’m lesser. Every time! The cherry on top is getting a letter shortly after my last visit, maybe three weeks ago, that day will no longer accept my insurance. He was the only one left at that office that accepted it. Very disappointing. Then I get letter from insurance talking about unbiased coverage, which makes me feel the exact opposite. The end!

The facility is nice but to charge my insurance 370 dollars to freeze a wart is insane. I paid over 200 dollars to see np and neither of my two issues I went for are resolved. I loved this dermatologist, but I can no longer afford it. If you have a problem with your bill, they send you to a call center that knows nothing.

GO ELSEWHERE for derm care. The actual provider was good enough, but the others there are incompetent & cannot get a bill correct. They took the insurance card at the front but filed insurance incorrectly and continue to file an incorrect insurance even after multiple calls updating the information when incorrect bills were received - even one call was with my insurance on 3 way - and it's still incorrect - that's really bad! It's been over a year since the visit and they still cannot get the insurance billed correctly. AVOID this place.

It’s hard to describe how bad these guys are. Seven years ago I went in for a skin issue they could never treat after multiple visits. Months and months later they sent a bill for insurance money they weren’t able to collect even though I had insurance. Recently they sent me a bill for a visit I never even made several months ago. I had to call and explain I haven’t been there in seven years. Just stay away, they’re not competent.

I really like the doctors in this practice, especially Dr. Day. I have seen him several times over the last few years. Excellent! Only negative thing about this practice is the check in process. You have to stand in line for a long time to get checked in. I wish they would make it possible to check in online. Most of the patients who go there are in the age group who would welcome that. They could have a designated window for those who did. Hope they read this and fix that. Thanks!
