Art of Dermatology - Naples

I have no words to describe it was an amazing experience from beginning to end, my little man (3 year old) had a wonderful experience as well. Receptionist was very polite (Karina) and The nurse I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was super duper nice and Dr. Bernstein was absolutely nice to my son. And there was a 4th person I just don't know his name he said by to us at the end of our visit. I would highly recommend this place.

After not being able to see my regular dermatologist in a timely manner, this team was able to get me in quickly and deal with a facial concern I was having. By the next day, my skin looked so much better. Super friendly and accommodating staff!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Art of Dermatology in Naples. I visited this office once for a specific issue, which was fully resolved during that appointment. I had no reason to schedule a follow-up visit, and I did not do so. Despite this, I received a phone call months later stating that I had "missed an appointment." I am a very organized person and keep all appointments documented in my phone. There was no appointment scheduled with this office, and I never received any reminder—neither by phone nor by email. I thoroughly checked all email folders, including spam, and found nothing. I called the office to explain the situation and asked them to provide the date and method by which the supposed appointment reminder was sent. They were unable (or unwilling) to provide that information. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they charged me a $100 missed appointment fee, which I find completely outrageous and unjustified. Based on this experience, I strongly feel this charge was improper and handled poorly. Rather than addressing the lack of documentation or communication on their end, the office chose to penalize a patient without evidence. This has completely undermined my trust in their business practices. I am now planning to report this incident to the Florida Department of Health. I would strongly caution others to carefully monitor any interactions, appointments, and billing with this office.

Beware of this place, no complaints about dermatology service, but the billing practices are really shady, 7 months after a one time visit where we paid the deductible in office, and without any prior notice or text or email or bill, we get charged more than $100 out of the blue. After calling to inquire, the explanation was very rude and vague about the deductible not being covered by the insurance. And what a coincidence every bad review is exactly the same type of issue.

One star is too much for Arts of Dermatology in Naples. I was charged my credit card more than $100 without authorization and when I called this office they told me it was because of a deductible that was no cover by my child’s insurance last time we were there last year! When I clearly remember paying a deductible cash and asking the lady to make sure I didn’t have to pay anything else. No notifications of any kind. I am very disappointed. No wonder they make you have a credit card on file. Any business charging a client's account without authorization or notification by either mail, email, text or phone call, is not only illegal but also constitutes fraud.

Rude, unprofessional scheduling person. The dermatologists are great, but you have to get past the scheduling to get there. I have been double charged for services twice and have had to dispute the charges with billing, too. There are dozens of dermatology offices in Naples. Just find a better one.

I had a wonderful experience with this office, but I cannot, in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone. Nearly a month ago a charge for about $200 was taken out of my checking account from this office. I had no outstanding charges nor had I seen them in months. Come to find out everyone with my insurance had some mysterious amount taken from their accounts for a mysterious reason. I have called everyday to get this resolved but I keep getting put on "the list" but NEVER receive a phone call. I am a single mother who lives paycheck to paycheck (as many do), that $200 was supposed to go towards my bills which I am now behind on because that money has not been returned to me. I’m frustrated, and confused, and the entire situation is shady. Bad business is happening here.
