Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was kind and thorough, and I was called back sooner than the quoted wait time. The suite was well kept, clean, bright, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. Carrie was wonderful—she reviewed my previous medications, made thoughtful adjustments, and clearly explained what I’m taking and why. I have zero complaints and am really glad I found this office. Highly recommend.

I was a new patient and my overall experience was a smooth proffesional (online check in and the referral) and actually enjoyable appointment, so much so, I hugged my nurse. The front desk, friendly and referral paperwork handled, they knew how to do their job with a smile on their face, 5 stars ladies! My name was called back in a timely manner and my nurse was just a precious doll. She knew her job but also listend and responded genuinely with care, empathy and compassion oh my goodness a delightful nurse, I hugged her, and WOW, it makes alot of sense because the doctor (Dr. Davidson) was of the same demeanor a genuinely sincere gentle sweet man you could feel his attention by how he looked and listened to me, his eyes twinkled you could tell they all really liked their job and cared about people. It was so cool to meet them and now have them as a part of my new health plan. The office is very clean and waiting room is well suited for its guests along with a TV to keep your attention while you wait. I really enjoyed my experience very much. Excellent work 5 stars!!!! Thank you your a rarity in the medical profession.

Always a pleasant experience speaking with the front office whether in person or on the phone. I haven’t had to wait past my appointment time and appreciate the caring and considerate medical providers. Very happy and will continue to visit this office!

The entire staff was professional and welcoming! The ladies at the check-in desk were polite and friendly. I saw Carrie and a member (Taylor) of her team. We had a great experience at Pacific Dermatology Institute. My daughter was seen by Dr. Kheradmand, who was very professional, kind, and thorough. The front desk receptionist, Elizabeth, was also wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the excellent care and service and would highly recommend this office.
