I just had the pleasure of speaking to the Billing Representative, Tanya Roper! I’ve spoken to her several other times and she has to be the most pleasant billing people I’ve ever talked to! She was so kind, efficient and courteous.That combo is not easy to find these days!
She is great, very thorough, and tells you exactly what to expect. Also, the office runs very efficiently.
