The staff at Dr. Shepherd’s office is absolutely amazing. There may have been one person who could work on being a bit kinder, but aside from that, everyone is truly wonderful. Dr. Shepherd herself has such a calming presence — she practically floats into the room. Whether she’s performing Botox or a medical procedure, she has this incredible way of reassuring you, explaining how your body will heal, and instantly putting you at ease. You leave feeling relaxed and confident in her care. I also have to mention Jen and the other sweet woman who sits at the front desk during checkout — they are absolutely incredible. Jen’s skin is flawless . I even told her I want to look like her! Beyond that, they are two of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Hands down, Dr. Shepherd is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I genuinely love going to this office . I always feel happy, comfortable, and truly cared for. The entire team is exceptional. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them, and I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd and her staff.

Dr. Shepherd is the absolute best! I had self-prescribed tretinoin, which ruined my skin barrier and caused an extreme ongoing breakout, which had lasted months and months. She worked with me very personally to repair my skin and now it is smoother than ever--no makeup required. She is extremely compassionate and cares deeply about her clients. The office is beautiful and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Newest laser technology, highly skilled staff and all home care topical skin care regimens customized to each patient. I travel across states to see them, because they are the only ones I trust with my face. BEAUTIFUL interior, safe, clean, welcoming environment again and again. Go here, I cannot rate it high enough.
