I came here because I had two bright spots on my eyelids and Dr. Elizabeth told me they were called xanthelasma and they don't go away on their own and how they could be caused by high cholesterol. She was very upfront about how she could try to laser them off, but it may leave scarring (or may require a couple of sessions). I decided to think it over for a couple of weeks then came back to get it done. She's super friendly, knowledgeable, and talked me through the entire process while she worked on me. Fingers crossed it heals well 🙂
