I had a wonderful experience at LUX starting with Shawna whom always answers all my questions. The environment is relaxing and very welcoming, but what truly stood out is the staff. I have been treated by two Nurses Erica and Florita. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference. I never felt rushed, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LUX Beauty and especially these two amazing nurses.

Lux beauty is truly something special. The staff are always so accommodating and wonderful, and they consistently go above and beyond to make me feel like part of a family, not just a client. Their attentiveness and attention to detail never go unnoticed, and they genuinely care about making sure every experience is the best it can be. They don’t just go the extra mile, they go the second mile every time. I always leave feeling valued, cared for, and confident. I can’t recommend Lux beauty enough.

I came in a for my usual touch up - but this time it was my first time to lux & Beauty- Erika was so awesome usually I get 60 to 70 units and she completely talked me down and told me that that’s not what I needed. I got 42 and a little bit of filler and I am so pleased with my results and I absolutely love that she didn’t just wanna fill my face up and take my money - she advised me what would look better on me in her professional opinionand I couldn’t be more happy and I agree with her - I will definitely be coming back for future services- Thank you to everyone in the staff there you’re so wonderful!!!

My wife had laser treatment and her legs and other areas have never been smoother. I tried out the body contouring service and was pleasantly surprised with the results, my love handles are visibly smaller and the experience wasn't very painful, just laid there and let the machine do its thing. The spa is clean and the owner, Shawna, is so awesome 👌 This place is the place.

The booking process at Lux beauty was simple and quick. When I called in the receptionist was so helpful in answering all of my questions and they were patient and informative! They were even kind enough to let me know about some spring specials they were hosting which lead to significant savings. During our phone call I booked my appointment to get my lip filler by Erica. I was greeted the morning of my appointment by friendly staff and Shawna walked me back to start the numbing process. She was so friendly and helpful! Getting my injections by Erica was a dream! She listened to the look I was trying to achieve and she was so detail oriented. She really took the time to make sure my lips turned out perfect! They gained a loyal customer and I will be coming back for more filler in the future.

I came here for lymphatic drainage massages and Shawana is amazing! She makes you feel super comfortable and makes the entire experience great.
