Park & Rebowe Clinic for Plastic Surgery

I had my consultation with Darlene 2 weeks ago. There were some issues she needed to talk to Dr. Park with before being able to schedule me to see him I guess. Darlene said she would email the next day to see what he said. By Friday I just sent her an email to ask if she were able to speak with him. No Reply. That Saturday or Sunday I got an autogenerated email from her telling me how excited they were and to let them know if I want to schedule surgery. I responded to that email as well. Now it’s two weeks later and still no word. To me, if I’m not even worth the time to contact like I was told I would be, then they are not trustworthy enough to perform tens of thousands of dollars of surgery on me that I was going to self pay. I never even got to meet Dr. Park; he may be a wonderful surgeon. I wouldn’t know because I was ignored and not worth Darlene’s time to follow up with as promised. Dr. Koehler is getting my business instead. He’s kept his word.

Darlene was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything in a way that made me feel reassured and confident, like I wasn’t losing anything, only gaining. We talked honestly about self-confidence as women, which meant a lot to me. Pricing was clearly explained, and I was given a copy to review, which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience felt supportive, transparent, and empowering. I’m currently working on scheduling with this office and feel comfortable moving forward.

I had the best experience with Dr Parks. From the consultation to every appointment post op. The results from surgery are actually better than I was promised. Will definitely use him again.

I normally wouldn't leave a review for a company I didn't actually receive service from, but this is worthy of an exception. After requesting a consultation on the company's website for Facetite and receiving a confirmation email and SMS on my phone telling me they would contact me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment, the company completely ghosted me. No idea why. I tried texting them and calling their offices several different times to follow up - never any answer at any time of day. I also tried talking to the support bot on their website to figure out what was going on, and it just told me to schedule another consultation the same way I already had. In retrospect, it's probably for the best that this happened, because I can only imagine how poor my care would have been if I had went through with the procedure with them. If you're looking for Facetite in the Gulf Coast area, don't even waste your time - try Fedok Plastic Surgery in Foley instead. They got back to me the next day after I sent an inquiry for consultation and appear to be the only legitimate option in the area for this unique procedure.
