My first visit with Dr. Moore was a great experience. I was nervous going in, but she and her medical assistant immediately made me feel at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful solutions, clear information, and reassuring support.

I had a doctor's appointment for a lipoma removal March 3, 2023 at Doctor Mary Moore office in Missouri, City, Texas. Worst experience ever. Doctor Mary Moore came into the examination room and asked the reason for my visit and l informed her. After a one minute conversation of her time my visit was over, that was a wasted visit. I took off work for this appointment. I was not weighed in, there was not a blood pressure check given or a full skin checkup as requested before my visit. The girl at the desk charged me $25.00 for no service received and charging my insurance. SMH. s shame on you

Dr. Moore is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. From the very first conversation with the doctor it was clear that I can trust her. Every treatment Dr. Moore advised and every medication she prescribed was right on the target. It helped me and my teenage son tremendously. In addition to be an awesome doctor she has phenomenal staff. Her assistant Katie and receptionist Evelyn are very helpful, accommodating and polite. It's the small details that count. It you wish to have a top notch care, great customer service and establish a dermatologist for life I strongly recommend Dr. Moore with Sienna Dermatology!!! I'm very happy with Dr. Moore. I transferred to her new office from where she used to work because I trust her and she doesn't seem to over treat. Two years Dr Moore also found a small skin cancer early that I wasn't even aware of and got me to surgeon. I have no problems now.

Went there 3 times to get the same treatment but did not get any improvement at all. She doesn’t show care to the patient and is not good, period. Don’t waste your time and money at this office.

Saw Dr. Moore for yearly skin screening. What a lovely and kind person she is. Very knowledgable and high degree of professionalism.

Dr.Moore makes me feel comfortable at every appointment I’ve had.
