Be prepared to wait a couple of hours! I have no complaints about the medical care I received. The MOHS surgery was painless and comfortable. The wound is healing up nicely. The problem is that some surgeries take longer than others. You may be in the waiting room a long time while another patient has surgery. That's understandable, but it would have been much safer and more convenient if the staff had given me the option to call me into the office when Dr. Townley was ready. Instead, they never even let me know what was happening until I started asking questions. (I did appreciate a subsequent apology note and coffee gift card.) There's about a 10 -15 minute time frame when the previous surgery is wrapping up and the next patient could travel to the office. I highly recommend Dr. Townley rethink how she treats the waiting process for patients.

Dr Townley was excellent in her manner and understood my concerns when I had MOHS procedure done on my nose. She was considerate of my feelings, provided post-op treatments,, and was a perfectionist in her treatment . I highly recommend her to anyone requiring MOHS surgery.

Dr. Townley has a great bedside manner and personality ! I had to have MOHS to remove two spots of Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face , while I was there she biopsied a third spot which also needed to be removed . After surgery I was upset because so much skin had to be removed and my eyebrows were way off! After the swelling went down and the stitches came out I was very pleased with how little the scars showed and my eyebrows were back to being level . Dr. Townley even texted me the night of the procedure to check in on me , that was greatly appreciated! She does great work and leaves minimal scars after MOHS ! I would highly recommend Dr. Townley and will definetly use her for any future procedures!

I was very self conscious about my nose after my jaw surgery, as your nose naturally breaks due to the kind of surgery I had. Kristen listened to my concerns and proceeded to add Dysport to relax the muscle around my nose to make the appearance of it smaller when I smiled. She explained the entire process and made me feel very comfortable, I couldn’t be happier with the services she provided and I would recommend her to anyone looking into MOHS or cosmetic procedures. Everyone in my family goes to her. SHE WAS THE BEST!

As a Navy veteran spending a great deal of time in the sun, I have had several previous Mohs facial procedures at other hospitals. All successful thankfully but my most recent experience with Dr Townley was the best overall. Thank you so much! She is highly recommended!

I know my sister recently wrote a review about Dr. Townley, but I found it imperative that I write my own due to my own experiences with her. Every procedure I have had done, big or small, has positively impacted my life and wellbeing. Not only is Dr. Townley the most professional, caring, and knowledgable doctor I have ever seen, she also has one of the best personalities of anyone I know. To say she cares about you would be the understatement of a lifetime. It is for this reason that once a year I travel across multiple states to see her. When it comes to health, I believe in seeking out the best treatment possible and I know Dr. Townley will provide me with that every single time.
