My primary recommended this year office and I value my primary’s opinion. The reviews are promising so I’m keeping the appointment I just made, but the answering service did not give me warm and fuzzies. Argumentative, condescending, and overall just made me more and more uncomfortable and annoyed with each passing minute. Again, I’m keeping the appointment because I value my primary’s opinion, but I think they’d have better luck having some local people answer their phones. Especially when it comes to new patients. Such a turn-off.

Well they lost me as a patient! That was easy! I have been trying to contact this clinic regarding my bill. I was waiting in the queue and put in for a call back on the phone with a scheduled phone time and I was never called back .This happened three times. 3 strikes ,you're out Forefront ! I want to be removed as a patient. I'll seek treatment elsewhere. I'm sorry this reflects negatively on James Pratt He's a Stella Practitioner! I cannot get cooperation with the Billing dept. making me feel unimportant as a patient here. My treatment is completed. I have a follow up appointment that I had canceled for March 12th 2026 . I hope somebody from the Billing office sees this review! I will seek treatment elsewhere with a clinic that has better communication!

Had a great experience. Called with a skin cancer scare and was seen right away. Staff was very friendly and kept my mind at ease. Office was clean and well put together. The PA I saw was nice and knowledable and, thankfully, gave me good news. I will not hesitate to go back if the need arises.

I had two appointments back on Nov 2024 and Jan 2025, and JUST in Feb 2026 recieved a collections letter from them because they sent the bills separately and they looked identical. It was inititally my bad because my husband was deathly ill and we had to leave town and things were forgotten for a while. HOWEVER, they haven't sent me a single notice, or attempted to get ahold of me since MARCH 2025. If someone had simply called me, or they sent a notice I would have paid this immediately. Poor management.

As always I was met with professionalism and kindness. It's never easy when you go to the doctor, especially a dermatologist and you feel like something out of Frankenstein. But these kind folks made me feel heard and dare I say comfortable in my own...albeit itchy skin. Dr Pratt is fabulous! He's knowledgeable, offering answers to questions while also putting his patients at ease . Will always recommend!

I was impressed with how promptly we got into our appointment, no sitting in the waiting room. The exam room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have to wait long for the Dr. it was a very positive experience

My second time visiting. Has been a pleasant experience. Easy scheduling and friendly service. James Pratt was very kind, and thorough.
