Skin Laundry - Mission Viejo

I had a great experience at Skin Laundry, all of the ladies were super helpful and made sure I felt comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to take better care of their skin as they give really great advice and recommendations on skin health.

The staff at skin laundry was amazing. Everybody was so professional very upbeat, and provided exceptional customer service everything was just so informative detailed and thorough I had a very amazing experience and the staff really highlighted this.

Just had my 1st laser facial and it was absolutely the best!!! The girls were super sweet and very informative!!! Definitely going back!!!

Drove an hour and a half then got lost looking for Cheesecake Factory where they said to go in at since I had never been to that mall before and it's confusing so was 10 min late to appointment for them to have me remove makeup and do paperwork and tell me they don't have time to do my service. Said I could wait an hour which I already took off work early to drive here and couldn't wait so I was turned away. I will not be rescheduling that was a complete waste of gas, time off work and my time. I texted with them letting them know trying to find it also and never said I couldn't do apt still.

Cristina was amazing 🤩 I did a resurfacing facial and neck and chest. And explained the procedure very well!

Kristina was so sweet and helpful when it came to explains my skin needs and creating a plan for me. Love this place!

Had a great experience! Friendly, informative, thorough, clean… leaving feeling good 🙂
