Mission Heritage Medical Group Urgent Care - Mission Viejo

The wait was short, the medical receptionist was very nice and extremely efficient. My medical assistant was kind and soft spoken and logged all my info quickly. Dr. Grace was amazing. Very cheerful and kind and reassuring but professional. They had lab test results quickly and I received paperwork with all the information I needed for everything. I was out of there in no time!

I have found that the Mission Heritage Medical Urgent Care that’s right near Mission Hospital is the best Urgent Care in my area! It’s easy to go online, select a time, and let them know you’re on your way. I’ve always received excellent care from the medical staff there. On Saturday I went there and got the best care from Monika Kaniewska, NP. I felt a little embarrassed for going there when I thought that my infection was just a minor issue. She reassured me that it was a good idea for me to come in and get checked out. She prescribed an antibiotic, and my foot is feeling much better today. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Urgent care was a pleasant experience. Got there at 8 am and only waited a few minutes after filling out form. Everyone was caring from the first to the last person seen. NP was great and took her time with me. Had x-ray and prescriptions ordered and was out in no time. First time using urgent care.

Dr P. Ly, Mjad, xray tech and Gina were compassionate , professional, knowledgeable and gave me excellent care when I was in extreme pain and could barely walk. As a 29yr mission hospital employee, I am grateful for them and all the services they provide. They definitely go above and beyond. They had a steady flow of patients coming in and I was able to check in online when we were leaving. Everything was great, and i'm getting better.

I went to Mission Heritage Group Urgent care for a lingering cough and a cut on my left index finger. After signing in, I was seen within five minutes. The nurse took my vitals, checked my blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and did a COVID and flu swab. The doctor came in shortly after, addressed my concerns, took care of my finger, and prescribed the necessary medications. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Amazing staff and genuinely great people who made the whole experience smooth and stress-free!

Arrived about9:30 AM Thursday. Front desk was very friendly and professional. Minimal wait time to be seen. Dr Grace was thorough. Had x-rays taken on-site. Prescriptions called into local pharmacy. Received recap paperwork. My Chart updated by the time I left

I feel so fortunate every time I go to the Mission Heritage urgent care. I placed myself in line on their website. Upon arrival I waited less than 5 minutes. After taking my vitals I met with (ARNP) Nurse Practitioner Heesook Choi. She got to the root of the problem immediately. Nurse Practitioner Choi was amazing. Thank you so much being awesome.
