I have been through numerous wound specialist and dermatologist, and then I finally found Dr. Zhan! Everybody knows how hard it is to find a specialist, That you become to know, And trust!! Dr. Zahn Is a master his Craft, He has helped me with my dermatology issues, I’m like any other over the last 60 years. His entire staff is amazing! Katherine, Extremely professional, very polite. And I have to be honest, very easy on the eyes😘 I highly recommend Dr Zahn. Have you expect the best of your dermatologist, There is nowhere else to go! Five stars to the doctor and is amazing staff! Keep up the good work, You have a patient for life🙏👍

How can I give 10 stars to Integrated Dermatology of Mission Viejo. Dr. Frank Zhan is an excellent dermatologist who truly cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Zhan for anyone looking for top-notch skincare treatment!

During my experience with this office, the staff does not speak kindly. They were rude in their tone, both on the phone and in office. I should have known better to cancel my appointment but we have already waited 6 months for the appointment so I didn’t want to cancel. My appointment time was 9:00am, I didn’t get in till closer to 10:00am for the doctor to only spend LITERALLY 2 minutes. He came in, asked 2 questions and was done with the appointment. Would not recommend this office. Def taking my time and money to different office.

Warning: Rude Receptionist Ruins Dermatology Visit My visit to Integrated Dermatology of Mission Viejo (the office of Dr Frank Zhan, MD) was made awful by a very unprofessional receptionist named Debra. From our first phone chat to when we showed up, Debra was rude and unfriendly. Her aggressive attitude and scary threats made me feel so uncomfortable. During our visit, it was clear that Debra's behavior was a problem. Even though her coworkers tried to calm her down, she kept acting unprofessional, making the office feel unwelcoming. No one really defended me as she yelled at me in front of other patients in the waiting room. Only one coworker came out when things calmed down to apologize to me for the way Debra had acted. It's sad that the office lets someone like Debra represent them. People should be careful if they're thinking about going to this dermatology office. I can't say if their services are good, but I can say that Debra made our visit stressful. I hope this review helps the office realize they need to improve how they treat their patients throughout the entire experience.

Dr. Zhan is one of the best doctors I've seen! He is so thorough and cares about his patients. I can't describe how knowledgeable he is until you see him, also his staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a serious, responsible, and efficient doctor, Dr. Zhan is highly recommended

I really wanted to like this office. I have had consistent skin issues and need a consistent dermatologist. I was recommended for laser treatments and was going to them regularly. I tried calling the office 5 or 6 times over the last year to get in for an appointment. I have recieved no calls. When I was getting appointments the office staff was my least favorite part of the whole appointment. It may have changed. I believe everyone has there own unique experience and yours may be different. Just be wary it may be impossible to schedule appointments.

We would highly recommend Integrated Dermatology of Mission Viejo. We believe they have the highest quality equipment, products, and most of all a Doctor who truly cares about his patients with great skin concerns. We will not go anywhere else – and we live over an hour away. We are so impressed with the results! Over the past years, my hubby has done many full laser treatments (3-4 sessions), at a different place. Results were not nearly as good as our FIRST session with Dr. Zhan @ Integrated dermatology of Mission Viejo. Dr. Zhan was very thorough from what my hubby needs, expectations to post care.,etc It made us feel secured and comfortable from the extensive initial consultation, taking the time to answer all the questions to the prompt follow up & sincerely caring about the patient’s satisfaction, that’s what set this place apart from the similar businesses. It’s been 3.5 weeks since his first laser treatment at Integrated Dermatology, we are looking forward to going back & finish entire treatment. Thank you, Dr. Zhan.
