Dr. Frank has been my dermatologist for many years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. He is incredibly detail-oriented and professional, ensuring that I receive the best care possible. The office is always nice and clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and supportive, making each visit a pleasant one. I have no plans to change doctors and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Frank to anyone seeking a skilled dermatologist.
I am posting this review because of the Excellent STAFF here. My prior experience was at (Sand Dermatology) in Orange, CA Worst staff ever. The Dr. was ok, but I don’t know the staff EVER got anything right. Now on the complete flip side is Dr. Zhan’s staff. Jessica, Lex, and Bonnie. First contact answering the phone was Jessica. Sweet ,thoughtful, understanding , and Very competent at her job. I was there for an earlobe reconstruction. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but the doctors assistant ,Lex ,was made me feel very comfortable. She kept it light and kept telling me "how gorgeous "I was. Believe me, gorgeous is not how I’ve been feeling, but it was distracting and super sweet. Lex has a nice way with people. Dr. Zahn is obviously experienced and very confident; as my ear is looking very good. The office lobby is spacious and clean. My only "Off" comment is in regards to a giant advertisement for an incontinence device. It seems terribly out of place. I was sitting there with three men and it made "Me" feel weird. Anyways, I hope Dr. Zahn appreciates his great staff. Big thanks!
I love the staff and the Dr.’s there! They always have such a great attitude and make me feel good about my skin. I love the products that I have had recommended and have come back for more. I work in the sun all day and they have helped me so much with spots and redness.
This Dr might be the worst I have ever seen. Not only did he cut me off he dismissed my concerns regarding my 3 year old and treated her like she was a a nuisance. He didn't listen to a word I said gave me some lotion and sent me on my way for a recheck in 4 months saying if the rash didn’t go away he would biopsy my 3 year old! He was aggressive had a very poor bed side manner and kept us waiting forever both in waiting room and the exam room. And after all that he was dead wrong with the diagnosis. We took her elsewhere and they got it right the first time. This doctor is by far the rudest Dr I have ever met and we would still have this rash if we had waited and followed his guidelines since " he knows all". My advice go to anyone else but him! What a joke.
Attempted to schedule my appointment, having received an authorization fro Providence Mission Hospital to see my dermatogist who Ive seen before. Same Medicare Insurance with no change in insurance nor referring Dr/provider group. Same bizarre appointment scheduler who insisted my insurance is cancelled, that I was on " Optima" (not true), that the doctor is not a provider for the doctor group etc. No convincing, regardless of me looking at the actual referral & authorization, previous medical relationship etc ( she could see me in her computer too). Refused to make appt & insisted I talk to my insurance company & every maner she could put up as a barrier. Texted my doctor who assurred me he is on the panel still & wanted me to call again. Got a different dermatolgist referralinstead. Nothing has improved with this poor doctor's front office than previous experience with them. They remain disorganized, poorly trained & flat out rude. Doctor seemed capable enough but I pity him for the strange front officehe has hired.. Good luck to anyone trying to get in to see this doctor. I wont give him my business again. He should be taken off of their panel of providers for good.
Dr Zahn has provided the utmost care and expertise for my treatment. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of skin ailments. From detection of suspicious moles, biopsies & follow through i am confident knowing my skin is safe with this dr. He is knowledgeable and has so much compassion for his patients. His staff is helpful and efficient & each visit is as pleasant as possible
Dr. Zhan was rude. I wonder how many people he has treated poorly due to his arrogance. He should humble himself and apologize for his bad behavior. His office staff is nice, they probably tolerate him, in order to keep their jobs.
