From day one, she took the time to assess my skin, listen to my concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan just for me. We started with chemical peels to prepare and refresh my skin, and then moved on to Pico laser treatments — and the results have been amazing! My skin is noticeably brighter, smoother, and more even. Years of pigmentation and texture issues have started to fade, and for the first time, I feel confident going out without makeup. Alena’s care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does really shine through. She always makes me feel informed, comfortable, and in the best hands. I love California Cosmetic Institute and will not go anywhere else. Alena is seriously the best! She fixed my forehead and made it look smooth and then she started me on laser hair removal and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!! My upper lip has no hair now. It’s the best! Alena is gentle and gives you good advice, but isn’t pushy at all. California Cosmetics is my one-stop shop for Botox and skin care. They do it all! Dina gave me the best hydrofacial of my life and Marilyn (the owner) is the most kind, helpful person!! She also does an amazing job at Botox!! I cannot say enough good things about CCI and will not go anywhere else.

Jenna is very nice and excellent at what she does. She takes great care of my skin and gives me good skin care tips as well. I started going to her for facials when she was in Newport Beach and although Mission Viejo is far for me, it is worth the drive for me to see Jenna. She is a professional and I would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs good skin care.

I recently had a CO2 laser treatment with Phoebe, and I can honestly say she is phenomenal! From start to finish, she explained every single step in detail, making the process so easy and putting me completely at ease. Phoebe’s knowledge and expertise are unmatched. In the skin industry, I know firsthand that going to the right provider is absolutely critical—this is not a treatment you want done by someone without in-depth training. Many spas and doctors’ offices have lasers, but that doesn’t mean every provider truly knows how to use them safely and effectively. Phoebe is the real deal—highly trained, extremely skilled, and with a clear passion for what she does. My results have exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re considering a CO2 laser treatment, I highly, highly recommend going to Phoebe. She truly knows her craft and will ensure you get the best possible outcome.
