California Coastal Dermatology - Litchfield Amy H MD

I've been treating with the doctors at this practice for over a year. At my 1st visit, although I had received a full body check from my previous doctor just 3 months prior, the new doctor found and removed several precancerous lesions. These doctors are both exceptional clinicians and are warm and caring. In addition to the doctors, the office staff are also warm and helpful. I wasn't sure if my insurance provided coverage so their billing office investigated this prior to my 1st office visit. Last week I had my 6 month follow up and am so grateful to Dr. Litchfield as she discovered 5 areas needing biopsies and 3 areas that a she needed to freeze off. She worked well with her staff to insure I was comfortable and they documented the size, shape and locations of the suspicious areas. I felt very cared for. I appreciate this practice as they all work together to provide the best possible care for their patients.

Both of our teenagers have gone to this practice for acne treatments. We've been happy with the staff, facility, and results. Dr. Litchfield suggested we have our daughter checked for a related condition. We're fortunate to have caught this early and started treatment - credit to Dr. Litchfield's insight.

This is a full service office that both my teenage daughter and I have gone to for many years. We have been seen and treated by both Dr. Litchfield and Casamiquela and the PA Polly as well as the aesthetician Rebecca. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. These drs have been able to detect pre skin cancer that I had no idea existed on my body and the turnaround time for biopsy results is quick. For my daughters acne visits I’m also able to get my medications delivered to my home through a specialty pharmacy quickly as well. I would highly recommend making an apt here for all medical skin concerns and cosmetic desires!

I have met with almost all of the providers in this office with numerous concerns for myself and my family members. This team has addressed all of them with thoughtful, professional, and effective treatments.

This office staff are the most uneducated and untrained staff that I ever seen in my past experience with any other medical practices. They totally make the patients look like a liar to protect themselves from mis-leading the clients.
