He is great especially dealing with elderly skin cancer issue. My husband & I recommend him to our friend especially the seniors.
Dr Awadalla’s professionalism, bed side manner, expertise, detailed examination and explanation of my procedure surpassed all my expectations! Thank you Dr.Awadalla and staff!
Awaiting biopsy results; samples were collected quickly and relatively painlessly. It was also my mother's appointment to remove stitches; and Dr Awadallah gave her a Mother's Day rose! Quite a touch, and Jenna painlessly removing her stitches.
Though i have seen our main-man awadalla several times, it was my first time behind the elevators. i have seen personnel come and go through the office door and always imagined them going to an operating theater with a large mezzanine gallery full of expressions of undivided attention. our lovely assistant was reassuring on this, my first walk, but nevertheless, there was the unknown in my gait. turns out the exam-room was not unlike the ones off the waiting area. it was not, however, the first time i'd been left to contemplate the party-noise next door so when our lady returned with the doctor i was nearly embarrassed to find i was the only one in boxers. they huddled over the screen glow with their backs to me. a touch of cinematic lamplight. i couldn't help but remark to myself on the partial profiles of wavy jet-black hair. after the blue light, biopsy, and bottle of freeze-it i was returned to the other side of the elevators for a follow-up appointment six months down the road. that is, unless the lab says sooner. doesn't matter. i'll hang with my dermo-family and our buddy bobby doing business with a smile - anytime.
signing in reminded me of etch-a-sketch. with a smile our receptionist was understanding when i pointed to the one trick question - my primary guy had retired since his referral. the gal who showed me to the exam room was present and wonderfully interactive. she listened, looked and said drop the shorts i'll get the doctor. alone in the exam room sounded like all the fun was next door...farah was patient as i worked on my monologue (as a new patient i have to see if anyone is going to listen to me). i loved it when farah took the exacto knife and scraped the rash on the inside of my thigh. that was beautiful - i wouldn't have thought of it. though the three of us were glued to the shavings drifting onto the glass our involvements were noticeably differentiated. our lady dropped some liquid on the glass and farah stuck his finger in it. i didn't get to do anything with the glass or the liquid but don't forget i supplied the shavings. they returned from the microscope to say i had an infection and the cream was cheap. i said i was an entertainer. they seemed politely amused. i see i am in danger of running out of room so i'll say my latest album is up on youtube. type in 'mike devine - lost highway' and you will get there. my take away from the office and our man farah is this - to enjoy what you are doing you have to be good at it. if you are enjoying what you are doing it is contagious. i felt a little bummed i had to leave alone - but that's not bad. now i have to go get some cream. big squeeze, mike
