Hennepin Healthcare Dermatology Clinic

I made an appointment with Dr. Lui for an initial consult. No real issues there - it was a quick appointment she seemed pleasant and professional. The issues are with the back office beginning with being 'forgotten' in the exam room while my credit card was being processed - a cleaner finally came in saying they were told the room was empty. Amazing. Since then it's been a comedy of errors. I was unable to schedule services I'd purchased because they had one person in the clinic providing that service with limited availability - they were also about to go on maternity leave. Given this situation, the clinic agreed to reimburse me for the services I'd pre-paid for. That was 5 weeks ago - still no reimbursement. I also continue to receive regular messages about a balance I owe the clinic for services I never ordered or received. This error was brought to their attention a month ago. There's so many options out there, in hindsight I would skip the frustration and HHDC.

Horrible! front desk lady was rude. Talking to me with an attitude. And tried to get me to say my medical condition out loud, dr. Prescribed the wrong amount of medication. Asked for higher dosage, been waiting over 3 weeks for a response. Meanwhile condition getting worse. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Find a better clinic.

I had a severe acne problem to due birth control. Got tested for it by Derm. 3 months late acne gone with treatment. Place wasn't too pleasant kind of an old building and old things. But, overall my skin is clearer

Dr. Lui is amazing. Took time to explain procedure and follow up wound care. Her team was also totally knowledgeable about Derm. Wonderful experience.

Very good service and great Doctors and staff

Worst experience with the Dermatology clinic. Every time I go a doctor says: "there is no treatment for that."
