Frontier Dermatology (Mill Creek)

I have been being treated by Dr. Park and her staff here at Frontier Dermotolgy for several years. Dr. Park and her staff have always treated me with dignity and respect. I have had surgery twice to remove skin cancer in different locations. Both were a great success. She has froze numerous lesions all over my body over the years. I am an older fare-skin white male and I am quite susceptible to skin issues. I didn't realize how much until I started coming here. She has done a phenomenal job keeping my skin cancer free. Thank you Dr. Park and everyone at Frontier Dermotolgy!

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. All three assistants to the doctor were extremely friendly and thorough when explaining what was going to happen during each portion of the procedure. The surgeon explained what she was doing as the procedure progressed and afterwards, went over what I needed to do for my aftercare. Because of these professionals I felt at ease the entire time.

The office staff was very nice. The nurse was so kind & helpful. Doctor was nice and explained what he had to do step by step. Very happy how it turned out.

Honestly, the dermatologist that saw me was cocky and unprofessional which was sad as they were recommended by someone I know and they completely dropped the ball in taking care of my needs back in October. He briefly spoke to me and sent me on my way and didn’t even bother to check the bump on the back of my head that was painful. I ended up going to walk-in at Optum in Mill Creek just down the street the next day and they were more attentive and caring to my situation and did a phenomenal job at taking care of me. If you decide to give this office a try I hope they treat you better than they treated me.

Had a great experience at this appointment. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took time to explain everything clearly. Staff was friendly and the visit was efficient. I felt well cared for and would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ferguson listened to all my concerns and was very helpful. I am on my way to clearer skin and I could not be happier with the care I received from him. He is very knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff.

Dr.Song is very kind and knowledgeable about my finger anxiety like eczema! And he recommended further patch testing and made schedule right after! He is so smart and explains about my any concern of my anxiety! I have much faith in him and much faithful to Frontier Dermatology! Thank you guys so much!!
