I have been a client at Permian Basin Med Spa for over eight months, and my experience has been exceptional. Brittany has performed several laser hair removal procedures for me, and both Brittany and Stephanie have provided Secret RF treatments. More recently, I chose to have Dysport injections for my forehead and had a vein procedure, both expertly handled by Courtney. The staff is outstanding, starting with Michelle at the front desk, who always greets me with a warm smile. I have thoroughly enjoyed every procedure and interaction with the team. This place truly exceeds expectations.

I’ve been coming to this spa for my Botox and TruSculpt iD neck treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and they take the time to explain every step so I always feel comfortable. My Botox looks smooth and natural and the TruSculpt iD has noticeably contoured my face, I noticed a difference after one treatment. The environment is relaxing, clean, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality aesthetic treatments and a genuinely great experience!

I’ve had Botox and a facial here, and both times the results were flawless, natural and just what I wanted!. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, calm, and welcoming this office is. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and my aesthetician took the time to listen to my wants and explain every step. They truly care about their clients and never try to upsell. I hadn’t been back in years because I was no longer living in West Texas. I always enjoyed this place and the help I received here. But this time I went , there were still familiar pleasant faces working there and a new nurse in charge. They answered my questions, explained the procedures, the pros and cons of me taking personal prescription medications while on the phentermine and if they we’re compatible for me. I was in awe of the service here, and truly grateful to all the workers there. The place is absolutely beautiful, nice, clean, luxurious and you sense it when you walk in. A very tranquil atmosphere. I will continue to keep going back, and I came away with a sense of hopefulness that I will conquer my goals here.
