BIGGEST JOKE EVER If you want to totally WASTE your time come here! It took me a month to get an appointment as I am dealing with the worst acne and trying to find a cure, I finally got in as a new patient last week. I had to wait 30 minutes AFTER they had already put in my new patient paperwork. By the time I got pulled back everything seemed extremely rushed as if they needed me to hurry and leave like their waiting room wasn’t completely empty. I have tried even the strongest acne treatments you can get without prescription and let ASHLEIGH HERMAN and the staff know. When ASHLEIGH came in (the dermatologist) she did not want to look at my acne and was very much unfriendly and wasn’t helpful to any of my questions. She was willing to walk away telling me to use a CeraVe face wash that you can get for 11$ at Target. Obviously I wouldn’t be at the dermatologist if I hadn’t already tried that…. I also mentioned I get terrible body acne and she just told me to continue doing the routine i’ve been using on my body that doesn’t work. Why would a professional just tell me to do the SAME THING THAT ALREADY ISN'T WORKING? Don’t know if the staff is just rude and trying to take your money or if they thought I just looked young and didn’t have money for a real customized treatment. A complete joke and extremely frustrated I waited a month for a 15 minutes appointment where none of my questions got answered.

Avoid this place at all costs. Scheduling an appointment takes an extremely long time, and when you finally get one, the service is disappointing and feels unprofessional. The billing department is confusing and unreliable—do not provide your credit card information. They may charge you months later for unexpected fees you weren’t informed about. Overall, the experience is disorganized and frustrating. Save yourself time and money by going elsewhere.

I have been going to Midland Dermatology for about 18 years. Whether I see Dr. Chandler, her P.A., or the other aesthetician staff, service and care is always consistent and professional. I'm thankful that this expert dermatology practice is in Midland!

Absolutely the worst they are obviously incompetent of doing their job at the front desk or whoever made the appointment. My appointment was for out of network. They called and made me an appointment set drove an hour and a half to get here fill out all my paperwork about to turn it in and then they say they don’t take my insurance when the lady at the front desk Sandy is the one who called in the first place so incompetent. It’s disgusting. Don’t go here because if they can’t get your appointments right they sure as hell ain’t gonna be looking at your skin, right?

Always professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Akin and staff consistently work at a level of efficiency and excellence.

Midland Dermatology is wonderful! My husband and I trust Dr. Chandler completely and Kristi Ogle is great with facial treatments.

Dr.Chandler is world class! She is well trained in her field & Explains every issue so well. She is most helpful with any questions I have. Dr.Russell Aiken is the only Moes surgeon that I use now when needed. They are a great team , Fortunate we have them in Midland/ Odessa
