I was going to Skin Science for laser hair removal. After 3 sessions there was an "issue with the hand piece" for the laser, and they repeatedly cancelled me for over a month straight. I never received any communication after this. I tried rescheduling multiple times because laser is time sensitive and I really wanted it to work. I then left messages asking for a refund. I never heard back. I do not recommend Skin Science at all.

The staff is always sweet and very accommodating. They always do their best to make me feel comfortable. Every appointment is quick and painless. I would highly recommend Skin Science to anyone.

Does not work! Paid for extended bikini and did not receive full service! I complained and got the run around. Machine kept overheating. A lot of time and money wasted! Do yourself a favor and go to a dermatologist for proper treatment.

Front desk lost my chart. Rude but the nurse and doc are very friendly. Had a botox appt but they didn't have any botox! This place is so sorry.

Good luck ever getting removed from their nightmarish, awful, hideous, obnoxious, poorly written and designed emails. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Direct emails don't work. I have reported them to the FTC.

So far the results have been very poor and they are putting me off. I paid a lot of money for no results and pain.

Worst Experience. They lost my appointment, lie, and are very rude. Do not go here. They do not care about helping you.
