I recently visited Rejuvime medical and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Lacee May was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained my diagnosis and treatment options clearly, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. The nurse and administrative staff were also very helpful and efficient. What stood out the most was the personalized attention and the genuine care I received. I felt valued as a patient, and my health and well-being were clearly a priority for everyone at the clinic.

My initial experience was wonderful and I felt great. Unfortunately after my second visit in December, I developed an abscess and my pellets came out, intact two weeks ago. I was still charged the monthly fee for February. I also discovered that my appointment to replace my pellets was canceled when I cancelled my membership. I explained to the billing department today that I was moving and understood that I would be responsible for the membership fee for that month but did not understand why my appointment was canceled. I was told I was paying for the pellets from December. I feel like this could’ve been handled better. I’ve now been without hormones since December but have paid 3 months of membership fees for no hormone replacement and an impressive abscess. I think the VIP membership is ambiguous. It wasn’t explained to me in a way that this billing policy and appointment cancellation make sense. I’m very disappointed.
