Dr. Coller Ochsner, an extraordinaire dermatologist, is wonderful as well as her staff. Her appointments are on time and she gets her patients in and out. She treats the way she would want to be treated by taking care of the issue and gets you taken care of. She does not make you go back where others would, in some cases, maybe for the extra visit and profit! If you have any dermatology issues, ‘Get it done’ with Dr. Ochsner! She takes her time, visits, answers questions … She is the BEST!!!

Dr Ochsner is great but her husband! He sat in the office screamin at my 19 year old daughter about her insurance because he could not figure out how to run it.

5 stars for Dr Ochsner if you can see her, zero stars for office staff. I called attempting to make an appointment for a skin lesion that developed. Was told 1st avail was in 15 days but said to call back to see if there were any cancellations. Did so the next day and was told now 21 days. She recommended I go to urgent care, which I did. I was given antibiotics and told to follow up with my Dr. The condition worsened in 5 days, becoming visually infected even after taking antibiotics. I called back explaining and was told again, too bad, so sad, maybe try the ER. Or get on their coveted schedule in another 11 days. I WAS an established patient, but OK, it's time to move on. This is not my idea of a provider I wish to be part of my care team.

I cannot believe some of the comments. Yes, it is a patient’s responsibility to know if the physician is in network with their health insurance plan. Doctors aren’t paid enough to look up all the insurance information. That onus is on the policy holder and easily obtainable from your insurance portal. Doctors and their team have way too much to do working for that handful of change your insurance company is going to make them sweat to obtain. Do your own homework! Also, there is a shortage of physicians in this country and it’s only getting worse. Get used to waiting weeks to see your doctor with subsequent short visits. There are too many patients to see in too little time. Lastly, thank your health insurance company for leaving physicians no choice but to operate their practice on a volume model. The handful of change your doctor makes for your office visit is a joke. Meanwhile, your health insurance company is making billions in profit every quarter. How dare any of you get salty with a doctor for trying to keep their lights on and pay their employees while working themselves to death seeing 40-60 patients a day; they have no choice in the matter. Take it up with your nonsense United Health Care, People’s Health or Humana plans - they are the problem.

Dr. Ochsner is caring and skilled. I have been a satisfied patient since 1983. She takes time to explain issues, treatments, and medications. Her patients are more than just a number or a 15 minute charge. I wouldn’t trust my care to anyone else.

Dr. Ochsner was so friendly and efficient. She gave me a full look over and zapped several spots with the freeze gun. She told me to how to care for it and to make sure I put sunscreen over it so it doesn't come back so soon. She seems so sincere and was very personable. I felt really good about the visit and will go back.

I met doctor oschner waiting for our plane n we sat together n talked for several hours. I loved her attitude n how easy it was to talk to her. I then went to her for some procedures n was extremely satisfied with the results. I’m returning again n will use Dr Ochsner for all my dermatology needs. Love her👍
