I cannot say enough good things about this med spa! I’ve had my brows done and I’m absolutely obsessed with them. Sophia is a brow queen. I’ve also had facials and Dermaplane they are both incredibly relaxing and effective, truly an amazing experience every time. I’ve been using their medical grade skincare products, and they have completely changed my skin for the better. I’ve also been on their weight loss medication, which has been a huge help in my weight loss journey. On top of that, I get vitamin shots regularly to help keep my energy up. The combination of the vitamins and the weight loss program has also helped me manage my PCOS, which has been life changing for me. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about your results. I always feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their care. I highly recommend this med spa to anyone looking to feel and look their best!

The laser hair removal member was the best thing ever! I have almost no hair on my legs and under arms and what is still there is almost too fine to see. Everyone there is incredibly kind and fun to hang out with. They take super good care of you. I also recommend taking advantage of the B12!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I spoke with them about my lip filler appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident with the process. They also worked with my schedule to find the best day for me, which I really appreciated.

I absolutely LOVE Metairie Med Spa! It’s a welcoming and relaxing environment surrounded with a friendly/knowledgeable staff. I switched from Waxing the City(Elmwood) to this place and I do not regret my decision. I booked with Sophia for a Brazilian wax and a facial/dermaplane and she did an excellent job! Sophia was kind, gentle, made me feel very comfortable, and was informative about my services. My skin is so smooth and glowing. The office is very clean, customer service was phenomenal, and they are very responsive. Metairie MedSpa has gained me as a loyal customer because I will be back for more services. They offer many options and their prices are reasonable. My new favorite place! Book with them, you won’t regret it!

I am a well established client at Metairie Med Spa. I have done facials, wax, Botox, weight loss program. I have bought skin care products. I have referred many friends as I have always been very pleased with the level of professionalism, and customer service received by the staff. Until recently, when I interacted with a woman who very abruptly came on the phone and made it clear she was the owner of the place. I had to ask who she was as she did not identify herself. To say her attitude was very abrasive is an understatement. I was very saddened to say the least by this person’s attitude. I’m from the old school. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect not to mention when you are addressing a customer, a good customer. When you’re small business owner offering the same products offered in many other establishments, the only thing that will set you apart is the way you treat your customers. Needless to say I will not be going back, and I will share my experience with this woman with all my friends and family members.

I highly do not recommend this place for African Americans seeking laser hair removal. I suffered second-degree burns during treatment. The staff was aware of the incident and repeatedly contacted me afterward, offering creams to help, at first I didn’t know I had second degree burns until I was rushed to the emergency room but the burns were so severe and resulted in permanent skin damage. Although they were friendly at first, it became clear they did not have the proper knowledge or experience to treat my skin type safely. When I later called to follow up about the incident, my calls were never returned.
