Thanks Doctor Koppel for your expertise and thorough examination and removal of a painful and unsightly knot/cyst on my forehead. After calling around to get appointments locally most had a wait til november 2024 or longer, Dr Koppel within 2 weeks had an appt and surgical removal date scheduled, and the 3rd week he had the results of the biopsy, which turned out to be not something to worry about. The care and service was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend Dr Koppel and Staff for any dermatology needs. Thank Dr Robert Koppel and Staff for yalls help.

I've been a loyal patient for over 10 years now. Dr. Doug is WONDERFUL. He is pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable offering a wide-range of service. Against his advise, I had some moles removed by another doctor and was scarred. Dr. Doug worked with me to minimize those scars. They're almost gone and my skin looks great! Thanks Dr. Koppel!!!

Dr koppel seems knowledgeable and takes his time with patients, but as you call to make your payment they refuse to give you the name of the person who takes the payment saying if you have problems call billing and they will be able to look into the matter for you. You should not collect money and say you should be fine. Even at the bank they have the badge with their first name and first letter of the last name. Any person that cares about their finances will decline payment with such attitude. Please look into the matter and take care of your patients if you care about your business.
