Pinnacle Dermatology - Mesa

I had to switch over from the Chandler location to the Mesa location. I was a little nervous about having to switch providers but the transition was great! Everyone there was so polite. The nurse who took me back was very professional and informative. Alison was great and I can't believe how fast they took care of everything, including renewing my prescriptions.

Clear, kind, generous service, accurate information and treatment, questions answered, fee for non-insured was budget friendly!!! I highly recommend this location, the staff, and specifically Fiona (she went the extra mile - looking beyond the spot I’d come for, finding other spots, and didn’t charge me for quickly treating them) and triage crew!!!!! (I spoke with them when called for follow up info)🥳 THANK YOU!!!!!

Allison’s assistant was friendly. it was the first time I had met her and it was very pleasant. Allison is always a joy to work with. We had to do quite a bit of zapping this time, but I’m always confident in what she does.

Lovely experience with the medical staff. They were super friendly, super attentive and super knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable while being examined. Being validated and acknowledged is becoming rare in this society, so I would definitely recommend.

I saw Alison Peterson PA-C today and my experience was a 10/10. Upon entering the room, she was upbeat and positive. I felt anxious about getting a skin removal but she talked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with what was happening. It was quick and effective. I’ll definitely be scheduling with her again for further skin concerns.
