Went today for the first time. First, the office is well decorated and in a way that is pleasing for both genders. My 19 yo son has autism and this is meaningful for me; it will calm him. He is OVER certain offices (with princess walls or super childish, super sterile, etc.) and has an apt here next week. Mine was today. Second, checkin was a breeze. New patient paperwork was digital except for a little sheet to make sure information is current. Doesn’t take long at all. The girls at the front were super friendly and kind, helpful. They were warm and greeted me, as well as wished me a happy holiday on my way out. I brought a book to read as I waited and was called back so quickly, I never opened it. Next- Dr. Bingham was in before I could open my book. He is friendly and thorough. I appreciated he gave me the opportunity to stay as modest as I wanted, which I know is meaningful for some like my shy, young adult son. He i also down to earth and realistic. We talked about my skin concerns and what to look for in self-checks. My past dermatologist was thorough but ALWAYS upselling me on this or that, for skin things I was not concerned about (vanity skin things, nothing more). I wasn’t upsold anything, giving medical center vibes not day spa vibes lol. I needed a biopsy and they were again very quick. The most painful part was the numbing, but it just felt like a been sting. She was great in making sure I was thoroughly numbed. Dr. Bingham was communicative so I wasn’t wondering what was happening. Then I was done. My only complaint is: I never got time to read! Haha. Not really a problem or complaint, at all. My son will be back next week and m partner is scheduling now that we know we like this office. Happy to have found this practice!

We are extremely happy & impressed with the care given to my hubby & myself at BDG. We were helped with filling out the necessary paperwork. We were treated awesome by the staff. Dr. Clark was attentive, listened & was right on with taking care of my issue. It's all perfect now. We don't live in the valley, but Bingham was recommended. We would definitely use their services again if needed. Thank you for making our visit pleasant & welcoming from the beginning to end of our services!

Amazing dermatology office. Friendly staff, efficient appointments, and Doctor Bingham took the time to listen and explain options clearly. Never felt rushed, and the care was excellent.

I am not one to complain and I have never wrote a bad review before but I needed to share my experience. This is not a bad review for the office, in fact I highly recommend seeing Dr. Jeremy or Dr. Ryan they are great and very helpful. This review is for one specific provider, Dr. Clark. He was very sarcastic and rude. We went in to get some help and he didn’t even look at the skin, when asking if there is anything we could do at home or any creams that could be used we were responded with "nope". When asking about a specific type of acne we were responded with "welcome to the club". I’m so disappointed we came and paid money to get help and left with nothing. Not a single bit of advice or anything we could do. We felt very belittled as we left and felt like we got no answers and left just like we came. So I recommend not booking an appointment with Clark and seeing Dr. Ryan or Jeremy, they will happily help you and care for your well being.

Dr. Bingham makes you feel your insight has value and addresses my concerns. Genuinely kind and caring. Dr. Bingham has helped me for years to navigate Arizona’s bright sunshine with my light complexion. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. Great family. One of my few medical appointments that I look forward to attending.

Bingham Dermatology offers a completely different experience from other dermatologists. First of all, they don’t make you wait forever and a day for an appointment. And that’s not because they aren’t in demand; they’re most definitely in demand, so they’ve hired qualified providers to meet that demand. When you get to Bingham Dermatology, the office staff is always so friendly, the paperwork is minimal, the building is clean and nice, and the wait is never long. They have surgery capabilities in office, for those of us with skin cancer issues. This office is so well managed. I could think all day long and not come up with anything bad to say about Bingham Dermatology. They are the best in the valley.

Super friendly staff, made my husband and I feel comfortable and welcome. We saw Ryan, he was very knowledgeable. My husband needed a biopsy. It was quick and painless. Will definitely continue to come here for any future dermatology appts.
