Skin and Cancer Institute - Merced

Today’s appointment was for my spouse. It was our 2nd visit. The staff was pleasant and efficient. We were called into a room shortly. Dr Kelly took time to hear our questions and concerns and then proceeded with recommended treatment. Was very satisfied with this visit.

Online check in was very easy and efficient. I was called back to a room within a few minutes and the Dr. was very thorough and helpful. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was out of the office by 10:50. Excellent visit.

Everything was great. Staff is very nice and friendly. Finally found out the issues with my skin. Looking forward to applying the solutions the doctor recommended and I’m confident she knew what she was talking about. Thank you.

Dr. Kelly and her staff are amazing! She’s extremely kind and makes you feel at ease. Great bedside manner, and she’s very thorough when checking for skin abnormalities. The appointment was quick, no wait time and was in and out in no time.

Front desk lady needs a better attitude! Also the lady that calls your name and takes you back definitely needs a better attitude as well. The actual doctor was very nice and sweet. Straight to the point. Definitely will not be returning here. If you don’t like the job I’m sure there are many more people out there that would love your job. Don’t take anything for granted. 10-30-2025 just my experience.

My experience at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer with Kelly was excellent! She was so kind and supportive. It’s not often easy to speak with a provider or doctor anymore because they are so busy. Kelly listened to me describing my skin problems and didn’t hurry me at all. Highly recommended!

First time. Did online check-in and paperwork yesterday. In and out VERY QUICK. Doctor was thorough and professional and took immediate immediate action and had a plan of care within minutes. She was awesome. Highly recommend.
