I treated myself to a day of wellness at Pacific Coast Dermatology today, and it exceeded my expectations. I booked three treatments: an eyelash lift, red light therapy, and a nutrition/vitamin IV. Eyelash Lift: This was a game-changer. I don't wear makeup nor have i ever tried eyelash extensions, but this makes my eyes look brighter and more open--like a semi-permanent eyelash curl. Red Light Therapy: The treatment itself was relaxing, and the staff explained the benefits clearly. I'm excited to see the results over time. Vitamin and Nutrient IV: Perfect timing! I have a 5K this weekend, and I wanted to give my body an extra boost for performance and recovery. The infusion was smooth, comfortable, and I'm already feeling energized. The Office & Staff: The space itself is gorgeous--clean, modern, and calming. The waiting area is comfortable and they offer tea while you wait. Lots of great travel-sized product samples available. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Khosla: She took time to evaluate my skin and talked through my options. When I asked about some products/procedures, she shook her head and said I didn't need that. I appreciate how she recommends only what's necessary. Love it here. Look forward to regular self-care days.

From the moment I walked into @PCD, I felt completely at home. The entire team is warm, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I completed three sessions of Secret RF Microneedling and I couldn’t be happier with my results, my skin is absolutely glowing! The daily compliments have been such a bonus 🙂 I’m officially hooked and will definitely be continuing with my monthly facials (and more microneedling!) at PCD. Highly recommend!

I came in spontaneously to have a concerning mole checked out, feeling understandably nervous and bracing for the worst. NP Yasmin immediately put me at ease—she explained each step with clarity, did a full body inspection to compare my other birthmarks, and walked me through the biopsy process, which was sent to a highly reputable pathology lab. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with a streamlined check-in process and a user-friendly medical app. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the entire visit feel calm and efficient. What could’ve been a stressful experience turned into one of reassurance and confidence in my care. I’ll receive results in 7–10 days, but I’m already grateful for the professionalism and comfort the team provided.

I’ve been going to Dr. Khosla to get a dark spot treated as well as Botox. At first I was worried I was getting too much Botox but she was right, it looked completely natural and I love it. My dark spot is now much lighter too. It will take a few treatments but I’m excited to see the results after a few treatments. She also recommended a vi peel and a Korea facial, which I did with Andrea (not at the same time). Andrea is super sweet and was good at both. Note: don’t go to work day 3-4 of the peel. You super peel and look crazy lol. But day 1-2 and after day 5 is fine. I noticed my face is super brighter after the Korean peel as well! I high recommend both Dr. Khosla and Andrea!

I really try my best to not write negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary as a warning to others as I contemplated in my whole entire experience for a month. I was referred to Dr. Koshla's office by my dermatologist, whom I deeply trust. I initially came in for treatment of a flat seborrheic keratosis and was recommended CO2 laser treatment. Since I trusted my dermatologist's referral, I proceeded--even though from the beginning I couldn't shake the sense that the office was more focused on money than patient care. The consultation and explanations were minimal. I was told it would cost $250 to treat two small spots (under 1 cm) and would take 2-3 sessions. There was little discussion of risks, expected outcomes, or alternatives. Instead, much of the appointment was filled with unrelated small talk. I was given vague instructions like "it'll scab for a week" but no clear outline of what to expect. Despite reservations, I continued as I had this issue for years. After multiple visits (each costing $250, plus a $190 cream I was encouraged to buy), the treated area worsened significantly--leaving me with pigmentation nearly an inch wide on my face. When I expressed my concern, I was met with dismissive remarks like, "You have good skin, I can see why you're concerned," but no real explanation, resolution, or apology. I left appointments in tears, devastated by the cost, time, and impact this had on my family and daily life. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and accountability. I was asked to hold equipment during my own treatment, given inconsistent follow-ups, and ultimately told to just "wait 4-6 months." Out of desperation, I returned to my original dermatologist, who immediately prescribed proper medication, treatment, and clear answers--something I wish had been offered from the start. In total, I spent over $1,000 and countless hours driving with my baby in tow, only to leave with a much worse issue than I started with. There was no apology, no support, and no responsibility taken. To make matters worse, I was even encouraged to purchase Dr. Koshla's own branded products--only to later learn that the ingredients would actually make my condition worse. This was never disclosed to me by her office. If you value your time, money, and well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic. My trust was misplaced, and I regret ever coming Update for this review: Dr. Koshla and her office reached out to me after my original post. Through several exchanges with Dr. Koshla, there was acknowledgement of my experience and a partial reimbursement for my treatment, which I appreciate. They also offered follow-up treatment; however, given the outcome and my uncertainty about placing further trust in the office, I have chosen not to return. I am left with a one-inch scar on my face that I live with every day, and I am now working with a dermatologist I trust to address this with external medications and hope that it'll resolve in a few months. I hope this process allows me to fully move on and close this chapter.

I recently had the opportunity to return to Pacific Coast Dermatology. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during both the check-in and check-out processes. During my visit, I was seen by Yasmin A. for cyst treatment and mole removal procedures. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and patient-centered care I received. Yasmin was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns. She explained everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated her thorough approach, offering both short- and long-term care solutions tailored to my skin condition—each accompanied by a clear rationale and follow-up strategy. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and upheld the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Coast Dermatology and Yasmin to anyone seeking high-quality dermatological care.

previously. The office is gorgeous and extremely clean, the office staff are friendly and helpful! We even got some samples to take home. I will be back for sure (in a week to be exact!). I highly recommend Pacific Coast Dermatology!
