I’m leaving this review because I was initially hesitant after reading others, and I’m so glad I didn’t let that deter me. I’ve been searching for a dermatologist for my 5-month-old and tried another practice first, where we unfortunately had a poor experience. After that I knew i needed to see someone else and that is what lead me to try this practice. Dr Kim took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my baby’s skin and how to properly care for it. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how attentive and thoughtful he was. We now have a clear, sensible care plan, and I feel confident and reassured that we're doing the right things. I’ve gained back hours of my life because I no longer feel the need to endlessly Google—I trust this doctor!

I like his knowledge & skill! Staff is also efficient. May God bless his practice! He has appointments starting early, which is great!

I have been Dr. Kim’s patient for over ten years, and the receptionist recognizes me as such as well. Dr. Kim is kind, knowledgeable, and precise, and the receptionist does her job perfectly. Seeing negative reviews made me feel bad, so I wanted to share my own experience. Dr. Kim and the receptionist have been in the same place for a long time, caring for patients and diligently doing their jobs. I have personally received a great deal of help from them. I hope people don’t make foolish judgments based on appearances. What goes around comes around. Once again, I trust Dr. Kim because he never recommends unnecessary treatments or prescriptions. And the receptionist readily provided alternative options when certain medications weren’t covered by insurance. I can’t express how much of a help that was.

Please try this office out before you make assumptions reading some low reviews. I recently visited Dr. Kim's office after getting a recommendation from my primary care doctor. My doctor recommended him saying he was a very skilled doctor but gave me a heads up they do not accept insurance. I decided to try it out, and after a consultation got diagnosed with eczema. Dr. Kim was very informative, and he answered all of my questions with ease and gave me the prescriptions I needed for my skin condition. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other dermatologists I've visited prior, as he diagnosed me right away with thorough explanation instead of just hypothesizing what my condition could be. The receptionist was efficient and good at her profession, and helpful with anything regarding insurance and coverage related to my prescription. I also work with insurance related things, and a lot of patients mistaken that insurance is an office - related responsibility, which is not true. Insurance claims and filing are done by majority of offices as a courtesy. Although this office does not accept insurance, their pricing is extremely reasonable and I thought I would have to file claims myself but the receptionist did it for me so I would get reimbursed if there was any coverage, which was a nice courtesy they do on behalf of their patients. I highly recommend this office for anyone that is contemplating to visit for their skin concerns.

Dr. Kim has been a wonderful Doctor to see over the last 15 years! My kids and I have seen him for a variety of issues as well. I am EXTREMELY grateful to him for making’s us all better!!!!! Thank you Dr. Kim!

It's very easy to get an appointment or adjust an appointment with Dr. Kim office. That comes in very handy with our busy schedule. Dr. Kim takes a lot of time to explain what cause the skin situation and what to expect and why the type of medicine he's prescribing. It's very helpful to myself as well as for the children who are the one being taking care of. Although his office doesn't take insurance, the cost is not unreasonable. It's about the same even when we went to a place that accept insurance (but not as good). Highly recommend for pediatric dermatology!

My daughter was suffering with a skin rash that two previous doctors brushed off. I was able to get her into Dr. Kim’s office immediately, and within 3 days of the medication her skin has drastically improved! I can’t thank him enough! At this time they do not accept insurance, but the outcome was worth every dime. It should be noted my daughter is only 1 y/o, so don’t hesitate if you have small children! Very smart and kind man!
