I visited this office recently and can say the staff is extremely kind. The office is very clean. As a new patient my apt was at 930 and was seen about 945 which is not too bad of a wait. I did show up early but over all i was not there longer than an hour and a half (most of it was honestly me showing up early and waiting) Dr. Newton takes the time to talk to you and explain routes of treatment and answer any questions you may have. He seems extremely knowledgeable and even cracked a few jokes which is great, love that in a doctor! I look forward to my future visits, thanks Dr. Newton!

Dr. Newton is the most welcoming, friendly, caring, and optimistic dermatologist ever. His staff members are incredibly genuine and uplifting once you talk to them in the office. Love their customer service! I always feel welcomed there. This place is the absolute BEST!!!! Five stars and above for me.

Phenomenal service and wonderful staff. We are sincerely blessed to have Dr Richard Newton in the Valley. He has a wealth of experience and he is extremely knowledgeable. Now let’s talk about he’s intellectual skills as a physician. He diagnosed my skin concerns spot-on! His bedside manors are to be commended and let’s not forget one huge and important factor....his staff is amazing and very cordial. I've been seeing Dr. Newton for about 10 years now. He is an amazing dermatologist. Truly knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. He has excellent bedside manners, and his staff are always friendly. He has been helping me manage my cystic acne and always finds several options till the right treatment is found. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Newton is one of the finest doctors in the medical profession. He is polite understanding and he understands skin problems including skin cancer. I would give Dr Newton a 6-star rating but there is only five stars I would also give Dr Newton's staff a 6-star rating, they are friendly, very polite and helpful answering questions.

Dr. Newton is amazing, he is truly professional and still makes you feel that he cares about you on a personal level. He takes his time and gives you his undivided attention. The wait in the lobby might be a bit long, but that's because he is so good that his office is always full. Take the time to wait, it will be worth it.
