We have been seeing Dr. Reed as our baby’s pediatrician. We absolutely love her! She provides us all the information we need to provide informed consent. She explains things well and has excellent bedside manner. Very happy to have this clinic in Maple Grove. They also have same day appointments available for urgent visits like cold/flu that we have taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience at this family clinic. The space is consistently clean and, the staff are genuinely kind and they TRULY care about you! My kids go there now as well, and they’re always treated with such care. Highly recommend.

I tried to schedule an appointment here for my sick BABY. We aren’t established yet so they wouldn’t see us as they’re worried about being "used." Used was the term the front desk lady uses. We won’t try this clinic ever again. What a joke. Response to their reply: 1) Your receptionist literally stated this company didn’t want to be used due to the fact we’ve been going to New Kingdom. 2) I never once said we didn’t want to establish care, that was my literal point of trying out this clinic. However, I’m glad she was honest about new patients and we will stay put with a facility that actually cares about sick kids.

My Go To for labs, hormones and urgent needs! Excellent front desk and Claudia is great at taking bloodwork! Stacey and Erika are compassionate and excellent in so many areas. So grateful to have Lifeway!

They decided to terminate our patient doctor relationship because I called out their staff for forcing me to schedule an additional appointment in person with my special needs daughter, instead of giving me the results over the phone, like we've done in the past. Their new staff said "that's not how it's done anymore" but failed to provide any copies of policy changes to force me to do in person medical appointments from previously via the phone. Due to my special needs daughter and the long commute is why we got blood work results over the phone. They refused to give me over the phone appointment.

Erika has helped me more than anyone has in over a decade. I can’t recommend her enough. Her gentle personality is so warm and friendly. She changed my life for the better. Highly recommend!

I started seeing Erika at Lifeway earlier this year. Erika listens and makes you feel like she has all the time in the world. The clinic feels calm and relaxing and everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. 5/5 stars for sure!
